Nag-aalok ang Ito Ryokan ng accommodation sa Tokyo na malapit sa Koamicho Children's Park at Suginomori Shrine. Clean and big room - very traditional old Japanese style Ryokan; exactly what we have been looking for. Great location too. The staff was fantastic, providing us with tips for the neighbourhood and some interesting Japanese coffee jelly. There is free coffee, tea and water as well at all times. Be sure to reserve breakfast at least a day in advance. We missed it and unfortunately could not get a taste of it (though it looked fantastic).

A 2-minute walk from Sendagi Subway Station, Japanese-style hotel Annex Katsutaro Ryokan features rooms with traditional tatami (woven-straw) flooring and free Wi-Fi internet. Staff were very nice. It was my second time staying here and I will return again. Coin laundry, great location. I forgot my key in my room one night and when I returned at midnight in a drunken stupor one of owners appeared and kindly gave it to me.

Situated in the Asakusa area, Ryokan Asakusa Shigetsu has a history of 70 years. The accommodation boasts a view of the Tokyo Skytree from its Hinoki wood bath. Excellent customer service, incredible location (quiet street even though close to night life and tourist places). Great view from the window. Charming atmosphere in the traditional room.

Great stay! Exactly as described. The location was perfect—very close to Senso-ji Temple and Ueno Park, and the subway access made getting around Tokyo easy. The apartment is compact but has everything you need. The two bedrooms were a good size and the layout is smart and efficient.

We spent two weeks in Japan and our one night here would be the one I remember most fondly! The team is kind, attentive, with a genuine welcoming manner. We really felt seen and appreciated as guests. The facilities are calm and relaxing, you can almost forget you're right in the center of Tokyo! We haven't stayed at a ryokan before and I didn't really know what to expect from the room, but it definitely exceeded our expectations. Finally, the breakfast was rich and tasty, prepared to perfection! I definitely recommend gifting yourself at least a night here.
