I already gave my review previously. We were disappointed as the rooms weren't ready when we checked in late afternoon, the staff were yelling at each other from different floors in front of all the guests as to which rooms they could move us to, our room was missing some basic essentials like towels etc and we had to find someone to bring them to us.
Breakfast was an utter disappointment. For what we paid it was really a waste of money and totally not worth it. Hardly any choice (approx 5/6 hot dishes) the muffins and donuts were rock hard and old and very little to choose from so we hardly ate anything which made the R 250 per person charged a total ripoff for breakfast.

It was a well worth the cost and even more than what was expected. The facilities and staff were awesome. Everyone was very courteous and friendly, from the security at the entrance to the desk staff and the support staff. We felt welcomed and well cared for. Their breakfast was great and the restaurant serves really delicious food. Cocktails and drinks were great as well.

I stayed with family menbers and they had a nice thatched room.
As I said, my opinion is that we were accommodated in the old gardener/gate security guard's facility because it is situated right at the gate
The loadshedding in RSA contribute 100% to make your stay terrible

Don’t read everything you see in the news.
Don’t read everything you see in the news. One of the best mixed used property development areas in the world. It’s your turn Sandton. Midrand is safe and open for business. Bless always.

Again, there was nothing to fault, I was treated like a VIP, and it was wonderful. The hotel was nice and busy, the vibe was lovely, breakfast was outstanding again and the variety was great every day, the poached fish was particularly good. I love the fact that management is present and visible. The staff is always friendly at any time, even the night (after midnight) receptionist. Nothing is too much for them. I will be back next month. Keep up the great work :-)
The host is really wonderful. Even though I booked another room, she happily moved me to a different one when I requested. Attention to small things in the apartment (coffee, tea, milk and all the extra things in the bathroom that one might not find even in expensive hotels these days), really made all the difference. It was great.
The hotel itself, amazing staff, lovely bar, amazing pool, room and cleaning service was on point. Even the security was good. Felt safe and definitely will book regularly at regal inn midrand. Also for the price I paid it was extremely reasonable and worth it.
Breakfast was very poor and disappointing. Not much choice and in comparison to other hotels we stayed at for what you paid it definitely was not worth the money. The doughnuts and muffins were very stale (rock hard) very little variety to choose from
Very nice people, clean, beautiful and tranquil hotel. WiFi had problems but they made sure to cover me with a separate modem...and when my car was delayed at the workshop they allowed me a late checkout...small things that count.
Everything was perfect except that I nearly got lost on my way to the hotel, I think more signs and boards must be shown on the road because the place is little bit hidden, everything was perfect and I will book again next time
The house was homely and welcoming. The decor has modern finishes which felt similar to a hotell stay. The area is close by to convince stores and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and the host was super friendly.
The property is clean and crisp. Their attention to detail is out of this world.
On arrival there was a basket full with treats and my breakfast. Thank you guys, you are much better than many big hotel!
🙏
Everything, the host Paul is absolutely incredible, by far the best place we have ever stayed.which must be in excess of at least 50 hotels and resorts. Including many 5 star places
I love the location of the hotel and the staff are super friendly and very accommodating. I am yet to have a bad experience at this hotel. I hope they keep up the good work.
