We stayed here rather than in Madrid as we had an early morning flight the next day It's named as an airport hotel but a taxi to the airport costs 30 euros even though it is only a 15 min drive, the same cost as taking a taxi from much further. So unless saving 15 min is really your goal, it's not really a great airport choice. Was a bit of a walk from the Torrejon train station as well with bags in tow.

located in an isolated area where we have to rely on taxi or uber for going any where or near ,for taking food also. its in an industrial area and no airport shuttle is provided , we have to spend another 40 euros for reaching the hotel and going places again other spends, with that cost better to stay in good hotel chains.

The hotel was just perfect and the staff was brilliant an underground secure carpark brill place to stop on Rute from Santander to Torrveieja The breakfast was fantastic and restaurant was very good in the evening. it also had a pool and gym. differently stop there again

Big comfortable room, it was so nice to relax in, and the bath was such a bonus, after a 30 hour trip. I was just overnighting before a onward flight, but I had a great sleep, and felt very safe there. Everything was comfortable and very clean.

The hotel is wonderful, the staff very friendly and helpful all the time. Very nice! The room and bath very clean. The breakfast was amazing. The airport is not that close but the hotel has a shuttle service. Very good environment and safe to walk around.

We traveled to Madrid for the champions league.
We traveled to Madrid for the champions league. After game we was unable to get transport back to the hotel after 3 hours of trying and now totally lost we called the hotel and asked if they could help, they came straight out in their minibus found us and brought us back to hotel.... amazing and thank you

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable and plenty bi for two people. The breakfast buffet was quite nice, no hot food but a good variety of fruit, cereal, yogurt and pastries. The area around was quite busy and bustling but we didn't have any problems sleeping.
