great location, great people at reception, we were able to use some of the hotel facilities.
The apartment was lovely, but whoever sleeps in the upstairs bedroom has to deal with narrow stairs and no walls. However, it is still a wonderful property.

We arrived from Australia and took a train from Milan Malpensa all the way to Luino for the night as the next day we were off to Cannobio for a 1 week stay. It is always great to explore towns like this.

Luino is a charming town on Lake Maggiore.
Luino is a charming town on Lake Maggiore. It’s very close to the Swiss border and Lugano—so prices are more affordable. (: Wednesday Market in Luino is not to be missed. We heard a lot of favorable commentary and it didn’t disappoint. Plan on spending at least a half day to see it all. Highly recommended.

Of all the Italian Lake areas that I've been to, This one...
Of all the Italian Lake areas that I've been to, This one was the least attractive.
The weather was very hazy and the beautiful views were just not there. The traffic is horrendous. It ruins any outing.
There are few aerial cableways to get you into the mountains quickly for hiking, as there are in other lake areas and in Alto Adige.
The city of Luino is not very attractive.
- very nice apartment, newly renovated, very clean
- the kitchen offers everything you need and is well equipped
- very nice bathroom / shower / washing maschine
- very good apartment for 2 guests
- Laura is a very nice and friendly host, she takes care of everything you need and is there if you need something
- it's a great location, you have many restaurants available in just 3mins walk, the centre of Luino and the ferry port is only 5mins away by foot
- we had a great time and we will definitely come back again!
There is no doubt that the property has great lake facing uninterrupted views. for us that was the most appealing point of the apartment. Apartment was clean and is space is good enough for 2 adults and small kid.
one can visit their hotel restaurant- Tiffany which is 200 meters away is one of the best. the good was great, staff was very courteous and last but not the least - lake view. Simply amazing and we loved it!!
Nice appartment. Industrial interiour looks nice en spacious. We loved the shower! Very good lake view and situated at the most cosy street of the city. Also only a few minutes walk to restaurants and ferry. Luino is a good starting point for exploring the lake and other places by boat. In summer the airco and window shutters make a stay comfortable.
The property was very cute and practical, it had everything you needed for a comfortable stay and was fully equipped. Very clean also and the bed was comfy. Perfect for 2 people who need a place to stay in Luino, near the lake and a good few bars and restaurants. About a 15min walk from the main station.
The apartment was fabulous, great size and had everything we needed.
We had booked an extra night in Luino so were between hotels for a few hours and the staff allowed us to check in a bit early which was appreciated.
Laundry facilities available which was handy.
The breakfast set up was awesome, plenty of choices, barrista making coffee for everyone, servers running all over. The hotel was in a convenient location for accessing/walking downtown.
Hotel was incredible, location is perfect! Hasn’t ruined yet with buildings. with green and blue colors it has amazing view. And breakfast was extraordinary. 😋
A lovely and distinctive hotel with a superb staff and a very fine restaurant. They are aiming for Relais et Chatteaux or SLH, and I think they will make it.
Enjoyable experience, hotel staff and facilities were excellent. Lovely setting on the lake. Ate in the hotel both nights and thoroughly enjoyed our meals.
