We liked everything. The owners were very kind and friendly. The room (on 1st floor) was very nice, clean and has plenty space. You need a car to get downtown, but this was not a problem for us.

I love the size of Oristano as it wasn't a huge city yet it had enough shops and restaurants to enjoy. The atmosphere and the people were friendly and so it was a relaxing stay. My host was very helpful.

I found Oristano quiet during the day but came alive for restaurant and drinking during the evening. There were a few selective clothes shops. The main centre of town was busy over the lunch time and then quiet until evening. I was booked for 3 days and probably a day and a half would have been sufficient.

Oristano is a beautiful town with a lovely old quarter - great for a passegiata in the evenings. Shopping isn't really my thing but there were lots of different types of shops if you wanted them. Lots of bars, cafes and restaurants to suit all pockets. All the food we tried was excellent. It's also close to Tharros which is a must visit if you are at all interested in history/archaeology.

We visited in November and we found it to be bustling and lively. The museum of archaeology was a useful backdrop to our visit to Tharros and we were very impressed by the Duomo. The range of cafes and bars surprised us; we enjoyd aperitivo in Bar Italia and dessertson Barba Gelato - both good value. We unfortunately missed the chocolate festival (22-23 Nov 2019) and we got the impression that the town has a busy cultural calendar. It was also well situated for day trips to Sinis and San Cristiano nugharic site.

There is nothing particularly stunning nor exceptionally interesting about Oristano, no truly important monuments, no picturesque nooks, no amazing views, but wandering around the old town is a simple delight. In Trattoria Portixedda you can eat superb food at an almost ridiculously cheap price.
The communication before and during our stay was very flexible and quick. All information for self check-in (and out) were provided. We could directly park next to the flat. In the flat we found everything we needed. The small rooms and the own bath were nice and sufficient and completely new.
The flat is located in walking distance to the old town of Oristano and great base for trips to the sights around the city. Umbrella was provided for beach visits. Supermarket is 50m away. So we can definitely recommend to stay here.
For us it was perfectly placed, near some of the most beatuful beaches in Sardinia - 20 minutes to IS ARUTAS and to Tharros, 1 hour drive to Cagliari and max. 2 hours drive to any other place on the island. The apartment has everything that you would expect, but what was unexpected was the kindness of the owners - we got welcome and goodbye gifts and they were very flexible in everything we needed or was happening. Also to mention, the apartment was extremely clean once we arrived!
When arrived I had a room at the end of the hotel and I could hear the sound of music from the nearby apartment. They changed it, although they were almost full. Very kind and supportive. The hotel is old-fashioned and very nice. Oristano was the center of an autonomous region with a great tradition and keeps going - far from touristic coast. Relaxed atmosphere, with a wonderful nearby cafè-library in front of the statue of Eleonora d'Arborea
Amazing and unusual stay. Definitely recommend it. I imagine it’s the only accommodation of its kind in Sardinia. The hosts were courteous and timely, communication kind of worked with Spanish. The en-suite garden private to the master bedroom is magical and it felt like a real oasis in Oristano’s traffic and heat. Breakfast was great. Definitely try the pizzeria Maghe across the road, it’s the best pizza I’ve ever had, so I went twice.
This is a nearly perfect place! The bed is comfortable, the facilities are clean and quiet. The breakfast is good.
The building is 5 or 6 hundred years old, with all the charm that involves. It is beautifully furnished. But the facilities are modern; the shower is wonderful. The rooms are spacious.
Andrea, the host, is marvelous. He has wonderful people skills. Places like this make traveling evenbetter!
Breakfast included with several choices of packaged pastries, cookies and cereal and everything you need to make an espresso at your leisure. It was easy to find parking. Accommodating and gracious host, Roberto, gave us lots of tips for local sight seeing. Would return here for sure when we are back to Oristano.
A very nice hotel by the sea with its own beach and swimming pool. Nearby there is a bar - a restaurant on the beach - for romantic evenings. Air conditioning works fine, Clean sandy beach and warm water. Clean pool, with a bar. All the comforts - without bloat and unnecessary glitz.
The location was perfect for accessing great shops and dining by foot. The room was decorated with traditional Sardinian elements some of which were very old and authentic. There was a courtyard which we did not use but would have been nice in the summertime.
The hosts were very welcoming and helpful with our bikes and the room. They helped us get camping stuff out to dry and recommended restaurants. The room was large and quiet. The breakfast was delicious and ample. Excellent choice for Oristano.
It is a lovely boutique hotel. Breakfast is very nice with a great selection of sweet and savoury stuff.
Rooms are well-equipped overall, but both my friend and I didn't like the small single beds which weren't the most comfortable.
The host is very kind and gave us fresh croissants and delicious Sardinian biscuits for breakfast together with a lovely cappuccino made with the local milk.
The room is well decorated and comfortable.
Highly recommended :)
There as no breakfast but a nice kitchen where you could make your own. The location was excellent in the heart of the historic center of Oristano with easy walking distance to great restaurants and historic sites.
Staff in general was super friendly and professional, Giulia at the reception a super strong asset: fast, well organized and informed about everything you need to know about the hotel facilities.
Everything was beyond the expectations. Very clean and comfy room and a nice breakfast. Sonia did her best make us feel at home, and in a super welcoming way. We will definetly come back.
it was just a hotel for a night to spend. nothing else to add.
breakfast included in price- quite typical for region, not a huge choice
the corridors were quite nicely equipped
Immaculate rooms, lovely fresh food and coffee at breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for money. The city of Oristano and nearby beaches are beautiful.
central location with easy street parking; spacious room with good amenities; best breakfast with fresh fruit salad, good coffee, eggs, etc. Very kind hostess.
