Perfect location and parking. Quirky and cute. Breakfast was decent, no complaints. They are still renovating so some of the negative is forgivable and will try again.

Troyes is well worth a visit, ideally 3-4 days. Lots of historical buildings, streets to see. Some lovely shops, bars and restaurants. Easy to walk around. We found a bar / restaurant called Tante Reine which had a very relaxed atmosphere

It's a busy town, but our host gave clear instructions to find free parking within a five minute walk. This property is right in the historic heart of Troyes, so you really get a feel for the place. The architecture is stunning - tall timber framed merchant houses, and some other stone built elegant structures too. With just a one night stay, and a ferry to catch the following day, we had nowhere near enough time to appreciate it - and no time to visit any of the amazing churches. We need to come again to enjoy it all properly. We ate at a popular grill restaurant in one of the old timber-framed buildings. It was buzzing and busy, but they fitted us in. We enjoyed local food and some champagne from the region.

The old town is lovely: fascinating architecture and quaint laneways. Not buzzing with cars so easy to get around on foot. Every encounter with the locals was pleasant. A nice place to soak in la vie francaise.

The city centre was easily accessible being level with plenty of restaurant options. The old buildings gave the city a wonderful atmosphere and there are many things of interest to visit. I will return for a third visit.

Troyes is a fantastic, friendly, safe city.
Troyes is a fantastic, friendly, safe city. Easy to walk everywhere and so much to see and do a few days is not enough. The museums, medieval houses, churches are fascinating .It is like walking into history. Don't forget to visit the Mediatheque, the collection of ancient books is amazing. After an afternoon of exploring try one of the many cafes for something yummy to eat. Then take a night stroll down to the canal to see Troyes lit up at night!!

An interesting but quite small city.
An interesting but quite small city. We were recommended Chez Felix for dinner but walked out once we’d seen the very short menu with wines starting at 39 euros. We went to Grill St Jean instead, which was enjoyable; not haute cuisine but perfectly acceptable.
The Logis is well situated for exploring the medieval city of Troyes (pronounced Trois). Reception provided a walking map which followed a route marked out on the city streets with discreet arrows so easy to follow. The hotel has everything you need - a comfortable bed, opening window, excellent shower, good breakfast, friendly reception staff who speak English. There a many good restaurants nearby but advisable to book. Reception also provided a kettle. Parking is on site and very secure. There are even some electric car charging points.
Immaculately clean, well-stocked, beautiful apartment. Great internet, MASSIVE television, excellent shower, amazing host. Public parking right across the street. Easy in/out with app. Host was the most amazing host we have ever had- made reservations for us at several of the best restaurants in the region. Wish we had known more about this place, would have liked to stay a week. Close to center of town, would have stayed longer if we had known this place. Will definitely stay again if we are within 100 miles! Would give 10 stars.
The location of this hotel was what 'sold' it to us as we only had a short time to spend in Troyes and wanted to be close to the centre for restaurants. In the UK the brand Best Western is not acknowledged as a particularly sought after brand however as I am in the hospitality industry I knew to trust this for France in the main. So we booked and were not disappointed. The team, the room, the Champagne at the bar and of course the location all lived up to our hopes. Parking was great too, secure and very close to the hotel.
Actually the apartment is in the historical center and it's amazing! The shops and restaurants are just around. The apartment is very modern, clean and cosy! We had everything needed and also enjoyed the coffee and some snacks provided by the host. The public parking ( under city) townhall is very close and not very expensive. Our host Christophe was very friendly, easy reachable and ready to advise in case of any questions. We've really enjoyed our stay and if one day we return to Troyes, we'll surely stay here again! :)
Unless we never met in person Martine is very quick and polite in answering. The keys were very easy to get from a locker. The welcome was very warm with a small handwritten note and some drinks in the fridge! The bathroom and kitchen are very modern and well equiped. The 3 sleeprooms have good beds and are clean. We just stayed for 1 night during a traveltrip from West to East France with 3 colleagues but we could have stayed easily for some days more.
Apartment exactly as described. Well stocked kitchen, including washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets etc.
Access instructions very clear.
Free Fast WiFi.
Garage!
Location is less than 5 minutes from the very beautiful Troyes centre.
Tourist info and maps on table were really helpful too.
Troyes is an excellent place if you are looking to break your journey into France/ Europe.
We used the apartment on the way out and the way back.
The hotel was pretty easy to find. The underground parking was handy and quite reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the historic centre of Troyes and the bars and restaurants. Breakfast was simple but good. The choc o pains and croissants were excellent.
Clean and functional room, safe underground parking for our motorcycles, good breakfast, good location. Stayed here for one night only on our way back to the UK. Pleasant greeting by hotel reception staff and easy check in. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the town square which is well worth a look.
The cleanliness and the good decoration.
A vast room with a big space so you can feel like it is a very large property. Although I did not met the staff but they were always online to help.
The location is superb. You go out of the building, you are in the historical center of Troyes
Lovely boutique hotel just 10 minute stroll from the old town ot Troyes. Room was small but adequate for a 1 night stay. Great choice of restaurants in the square and very pleasant to wander around in the evening. Excellant breakfast served before we left. Free street parking.
Great location in true walking distance (10 min) from the middle of the Historic City Center of Troyes (City Hall). Wonderful rooms. Great breakfast. Easy street parking. Very prompt and timely response to enquiries. Reception on arrival was very cordial.
Great hotel not far from the centre of Troyes. Brilliant family room, spacious, clean. Perfect for a one night stop on way home from South of France. Quiet, comfortable and clean. Book parking in advance as car park quite small.
Great location for an overnight stop whilst travelling through France. Room service dinner was basic but OK. Breakfast was excellent, far better than expected! The whole experience was really good value for money.
No breakfast but a great little hide-out in the middle of the city. We got a chance to have a great meal in the center of town. We used the stay as a stop-over on our way to the south of France.
Friendly, helpful staff. Quiet room. Great breakfast - not often you get eggs & sausages in France, as well as the usual continental food. A few minutes from the station / old town.
