Check in was quick and easy, on site parking was right by the door and the pod was clean and cosy. Everything you could need was readily available and the location was perfect. Quite and peaceful grounds but only a short walk or drive to the local attractions. Loved our regular duck visitors and watching the hares come out at night! Thank you for a wonderful few days!

Chapel St Leonards is a quieter holiday option - with Skegness 5mins drive away or 30mins walk by the sea .
The area is very flat - easy walking .
Anderby creek is reached by a nice beach walk - seals swim by regularly, wading and sea birds to be seen.
The North Sea observatory is an ideal viewpoint ,informative and a well stocked cafe.
Ideal for dogs and children - the beach slopes but reveals a flat sandy beach when the tide goes out - ideal for playing in the sea .

Nice little town, with plenty to do just needs a few more gift shops and grocery shops like a Tesco express or Morrisons express.
Lots of eateries and places to drink
Needs more attention to the beach BUT is a good size

We like the caravan park, staff lovely and happy to help. Very close to the beach, if you like a drink there is a bar on the side of the beach. There is a pub where you can eat on the corner of the site and takeaways too.

Chapel St Leonards is a great in between location to stay not far from Mablethorpe, Ingoldmells or Skegness. Has great bus routes. Lovely clean beaches.. As long as you take your rubbish home with you x Garden Centre, Strawberry picking in season, Car boot sales easily accessible.
Plenty of Tat/ Souvenir Shops. Great All Rounder Place to stay.
Only Down side.. Not many if any food places have vegetables on the menu's except Sunday Roasts, unless you like peas. / side salad.

The property was lovely, clean and homely, had everything could possibly require during our stay. The owner was fab with details on location and answering any enquiries.
Literally a couple of minute walk to the beach, the site was quiet and the veranda was lovely to sit and relax. We didn’t explore much so don’t know about pool or anything however loved that the shop/ pubs were dog friendly even though we sat outside because we had lovely weather.
Fabulous bungalow with everything we needed in a very quiet location. Perfect for our 2 little dogs with a back garden and walking distance into chapel village and the beach. North Sea observatory worth a visit and Chapel garden centre does lovely food and it's dog friendly too. Anna the owner of the bungalow was lovely and gave us good clear communication. We look forward to booking again 😀
This place was really nice, clean, specious, quiet, just what we needed for a holiday with a dog. The garden is really big and private, perfect for dogs. The house is well equipped with kitchen stuff and the bathroom has shampoos, conditioners, bath wash etc. Beds are pretty comfy. I loved the house and the village and enjoyed the weekend away all together. I will be back.
Extremely clean and comfortable property. Short walk from the bottom of the garden to the sea! Despite the location of a housing estate the area was very quiet with ample parking. The weather wasn't great so we used the heating which was very easy and we were toasty in no time.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this little gem and hope to return.
Lovely and peaceful. Fourth time here as we love it so much. Julie in the office is amazing and cant do enough for you.
Very dog friendly. Definitely book and see how nice it is. my husband loves the fishing and i like the fact his literally a few feet away. Very handy when the kettles on!
Lovely holiday pod spotless everything you need it's bigger than you think ours had nice covered decking to sit on watching over the water Great for fishing which my husband liked nice and peaceful and quiet place and within walking distance to places to eat and drink and beach would come back again
Spacious, Clean, Well Equipped.
As this property is dog friendly having fences and a gate made life very easy and felt as if my dogs were very secure.
Owner of the property was very helpful & went out there way to help us. 🙂
The staff appeared to be pissed off.. very unhelpful and unfriendly
There was a fire alarm at midnight and we discovered that there was no hotel reps on-site
There is no furniture in the rooms - not even a chair!
Loved this caravan excellent location , close to beach and shops , lovely peaceful spot . Large caravan ,plenty of room for us all , topped off with excellent weather , who needs abroad !!!
Location brilliant good to find a caravan that was as good as it said as I got scammed last year and had no holiday with my kids but we thoroughly enjoyed this caravan and break thankyou
Everything lovely place to stay situated on a nice site and convenient for the area on a bus route to visit ingoldmells and Skegness
And walking distance to shops, pubs , beach .
The van was very nice but had a fusty smell but I noticed it was dog friendly hence the reason for the smell but otherwise it was clean and Tony the owner was very helpful
It was close to all amenities and pubs. Walking distance to the best fish & chip shop ‘Plaice On The Park’ on South Road. 5-10 minutes walking distance to the beach.
