I know this is a cliche, but Glen and Louise could not have looked after us better. They were incredibly helpful in making sure our EV got a charge; fitted us in for breakfast after we'd forgotten to book, etc. Gold standard.

The staff were excellent although different staff serving breakfast each day the breakfast reflected this.
The room itself was fine. The bed comfy but no seating in the room. There was a patio area for the room excellent we thought although very much in need of an upgrade

Comfy bed conservatory and nice garden. Accommodation was very clean and spacious. 15minute walk into ilkley town centre. Sarah was a lovely host so friendly and helpful
The accommodation was very good.
I failed to notice that it was accommodation only and not B and B, although breakfast was available at the pub down the street. We catered for ourselves in the well equipped kitchen.
