Such a wonderful hotel! We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Krakow - location is so convenient with tram stops just around the corner & a short walk to the river & to Schindlers Factory area.
The hotel is so modern with a super relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spotless with some of the comfiest bedding ever! The staff were so welcoming & helpful & the option of tea/coffee included in the hotel lobby during your stay is a real bonus. We left this hotel to move to a different area & were so sad to leave - we would not hesitate to return & would highly recommend this hotel!!

Location of this hotel is excellent, very close to the Old Town and next to the main train station and a large shopping mall. Very clean and nice bathrooms. Daily cleaning excellent. Krakow is amazing, I have been several times and I see something new everytime I visit. The old town is safe to walk around in the evening and the restaurant prices are reasonable. Download the app bolt as it is like Uber and is safe, secure and cheap too! We ate at a milk bar which was a great experience and I would recommend it. The milk bars are very popular so they might have a queue. krakow is east to walk around and it does have trams and buses. I would make my trip a little longer

Krakow is a lovely city, definitly worth going to especially if you like architecture and the more quircky things. We went to a Witcher inspired tavern and a harry potter cafe so my nerdy side was very happy. Also the food options are endless there is so much variaty to choose from. Definitly don't skip on going to Auswitz but be prepared and make sure you go early in the morning, also the castle shouldn't be missed very impressive.

The Old Town, especially, the Market and The Wavel squares, the church where the former Pope Paul, of the Polish origin, served. Krakow has wonderful parks with beautiful fountains, and ...young talanted musicians who play classical music there.
On the other hand. I wouldn't recommend a trip/voyage on the Visla River. The boats and service need to be improved. Also, the water in the river is very dirty. The walking tour, which starts in the Old Town is perfect, but as you know, so much deoends on a guide.

First visit to City and it was wonderful.
First visit to City and it was wonderful. Visited Auschwitz/Birkenhau which was main reason for travelling. Did golf buggy tour of city which was excellent and saw main sites, Jewish quarter, ghetto and Schlinders factory. Location of hotel by the river was fantastic and we like walking so was ideal. Visited the museum with Leonardo d'Vinci and Rembrandt paintings which was wonderful and meal in Jewish quarter fantastic.
Will definitely return as much more to see and do.

The city was amazing 5 mins from our apartment.
The city was amazing 5 mins from our apartment. Auschwitz was reason the reason for the visit as you can imagine its a very emotional place. Salt mines were amazing as well. Very easy to get around by foot, train & taxi. Plenty of places to eat in the main square. Make the effect to go to the Jewish quarter, food was fantastic, little markets & plenty of music. A city full of history. Plenty of places to visit.
The location is the best you could think of. The design is contemporary and i like to stay at places, that are new or after renovation. Overall a very good value for your money. Tram and even a train station directly in front of the hotel. But all the important things are just a few minutes of walk, being either the old town or in the jewish quarter. We only used tram to save our feet on the way up to the little hill. And used the train for a salt mine visit. A hotel with very cosy atmosphere. Quiet rooms isolated from the outside noise.
We had a wonderful one-night stay in Krakow. Magdalena was very friendly and provided a very personal experience. One thing to know tho, there is no one at the front desk once you are checked in. But she is reachable via WhatsApp.
The room was compact but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was provided with eggs, ham & cheese, bread, fruit, yogurt, and coffee/tea/juice. Street parking is free on weekends and overnight. The meter starts at 10 am on Monday. The hotel location was great as it was a short walk to the old town.
The property itself was so lovely and perfect for our city break needs - the beds were comfy, the room was clean/spacious and we had a great view from our balcony! It’s really close to old town, we walked there every time so the location was amazing. Despite being within walking distance to the centre, the location of the hotel was not noisy at all and we had great night sleeps. Staff were welcoming and accommodating. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Krakow.
The hotel is in an excellent location being only approximately 200 meters from the centre of the old town. The hotel was clean and modern and the pictures on the booking.com site don't do the hotel justice. Although breakfast was not served, the hotel was managed by starbucks and next door to the hotel is a starbucks coffee shop where you can get breakfast. The hotel was very affordable and i would certainly stay here again of i was visiting Krakow.
The location of this hotel was brilliant, only a ten minute walk if that to reach the old town. I did not pay extra for a nice room view however I still had a lovely view! One staff member in particular made me feel so welcome, chatted with me and gave me recommendations making my stay that much more special! The bed was comfy and everything met my expectations, if you are coming to Kraków I would 100% recommend you stay in this hotel.
Well appointed, grand hotel in a fabulous location in the centre of Krakow old town - everything within easy walking distance, including the rail station. Considering it's on a busy street there is no internal street noise and certainly wasn't in our bedroom on the first floor. Lovely restaurant that's definitely worth at least one try for a dinner. Good breakfast.
The location is ideal for the centre of old Krakow, only short walk into the main square for the Christmas market.
Breakfast had a good selection of continental and cooked.
The staff were very attentive and helpful.
They provided us with a substantial breakfast box when we had a 7am pick up for a tour.
The steps leading up to the hotel were kept clear of snow.
Aparthotel Old Town in Krakow is often praised for its ideal location—just a few steps from the city's historic sites and picturesque market square. However, it's worth noting that the rooms may appear worn and in need of an update. The reception here is always friendly and attentive, which cannot be said about the management and company policies.
One of the best hotels I've been in. It's only 3 stars BUT, it is so cozy, bright, modern, clean, spacious, friendly staff, location is near city centre, only 5-7 minutes away by foot. Breakfast was nice. If I ever come back to Krakow, I will 100% stay at this lovely hotel. Highly recommend. Lovely hotel, ticked all my boxes.
Hotel was historic but at the same time modern. Location could not be better, right in the middle of the old town of Krakow. I like running and using the spa in the morning after a run was just fantastic. its modern but it feels you are walking into an old roman steam bath. Recommend to anyone going to Krakow.
The hotel is well-situated and one can walk to the Old Town of Krakow. The room was spacious and well-equipped. There is a common room with tea and coffee aminities available 24/7 The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming! There is a parking lot behind the hotel free of charge, which was great.
Beautiful hotel in a quiet part of Krakow. A quick tram ride or pleasant walk to the city centre. Hotel staff were very kind and accommodating. There were plenty of breakfast options to choose from. Nice smelling soaps and shampoo in the rooms and very clean overall.
The hotel is right in the centre of Krakow, 5 minutes by foot from the main square. The facility is classic and elegant, and the room is super cosy.
The staff is very kind and helpful, it was a pleasure to stay there.
I will definitely come back again :)
Location is near the old town, only aproximately five minutes walk. Also shopping center, Krakowska is near enough. Room was very tidy and cozy, although a bit too small. Staff speak english and is serviseable. I can recomend this hotel warmly.
The hotel is in an ideal location for walking around the Krakow Old Town. The breakfast buffet and menu items were quite good. The pool and jacuzzi were a nice option to take a break from sightseeing.
Very nice brand new hotel, high tech, in the city centre. Very close to the old town of Krakow and short walking distance to the train station / shopping centre.
Location is great. 15-20 min walk from the old town. Lovely modern hotel in a subtle building. Lovely quiet area but still city centre. Really liked it.
Convenient location, quiet but fairly close to the city centre and old town- 15/20 min on public transportation
