Pleasantly surprised at how close to the beach it was and although from the outside the hotel didn't look shiny and new like some of the others it really was modern clean and fresh inside. We received a really warm welcome from the man on reception he was chatty and had a good sense of humour .
We loved breakfast -greater selection than we were expecting .
Pool area was lovely and quiet too

- Great location.
- Near local shops and restaurants.
- Walking distance from the beach.
- Friendly reception staff, tried to rectify our issues, however they were limited to what they could do, given the time we had checked in, after midnight.

Very well catered for the 'same as at home' people with some sunshine thrown in.

The town had plenty of great restaurants, we ate out every night and were never disappointed.
It was quite chilled and relaxed and seemed a bit quiet at times, but there were some livelier bars around. We enjoyed our stay there.

The beaches, the views, excellent choice of shops, bars and restaurants. Max Garden Restaurant just turn left out of the hotel Son Matias Beach, take first right on that road and it’s a five minute walk straight down that road, it’s on the corner adjacent to that road, beautifully cooked food and very reasonably priced.

It was a very quiet resort where we stayed. Perfect for us. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants not at all rowdy. Not much to do for children however. The only fab thing we found was the mini golf a 5 minute walk from our apartment. It is one of the best we have been to, grandson loved it.

We travelled in Mid April so it was still quite quiet and lots of bars, hotels and nightclubs are not yet open. Palma Nova is a great place to stay as it's just far enough away from all the 'activities' in Magaluf.
The hotel on the whole is very good , room excellent, upgraded to an apartment suite and had 2 bathrooms 2 bedrooms and a small kitchen dining area also 2 separate balconies.
slept really well , no noise etc
kids club excellent , lovely heated indoor pool and spa ( which children could use for a couple of hours, fair enough )
All staff excellent throughout.
Only a short walk to both Palma nova bay and magaluf bay.
The staff in the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating, always down for a joke! We felt very well taken care of and very welcome at all times. The hotel has 3 pools, one of them being at the rooftop which doesn't allow children, so it's an amazing place to relax with gorgeous views of the sea. Our room had a balcony with a gorgeous sea view!
Room: Quite large as we booked an apartment. View was okay, we did see the sea but the location lighting at nighttime was bright. Location: Okay but many tourists outside the hotel in restaurants from Magaluf, we always took a taxi to Palma for dinner if we didn't stay at the hotel. Breakfast: Fantastic. Emplyoees: Even better than fantastic!
Breakfast and location is very good. 3 beaches(palmanova, son matias and magaluf) are walking distance. Corona test center is 5 min. walk. Many shops are nearby. Free parking at hotel and also near to a free parking site(3 min. walk). Staff is very friendly, helpful and they give very good travel location recommendations.
Hotel is close to the beach, there are 3 pools, bar and all inclusive makes is ideal for families with kids. Food was good but hotel caters for European and UK guests, would be nice to see more Spanish cuisine. Room was clean, rather small but had balcony and lovely sea view. All staff spoke English and were helpful.
The hotel was clean, lots to do for the children, variety of food and drink (all inclusive), entertainment throughout the day and night for all. For reference we have a 4 and 9 year old and they could both go in the pools and the clubs. They both loved the pool with the slides.
We have stayed in this hotel before, when under different ownership (Alua). Each time we have found it to be first rate. The views, location and staff are all excellent.
The food this time seemed much tastier than previous occasions. Lots of choice and variety, fresh and hot.
Everything! Amazing hotel, well maintained and great location. The views from the skybar are beautiful. Staff at the front desk are so lovely, I felt welcomed for the first time during my 3 weeks of travel in Spain. Breakfast was great, lots of options. Highly recommend!
Extremly friendly and helpful Staff
Great location with bus to Palma, the airport and Magaluf going from right outside the hotel
Great value for money
Breakfast with lots of options including vegetarian
Comfortable room and beds
Mini fridge in the room
The location is perfect, a short walk to Palma Nova and a short walk to Magaluf. The pool is large and deep and we had no trouble getting a sunbed. The room was large, but we did pay an extra 40 Euros for a superior room for at the desk.
Excellent food and drink options. Rooms were cleaned daily and entertainment staff were enthusiastic. Couldn’t fault anything about this hotel. Location is brilliant, 2 mins from the beach and 5 min taxi / 30 min walk into magaluf
Lovely hotel in an ideal location for both Palmanova and Magaluf. We were self catering but we did pay for dinner one night, the food was excellent with lots of choice and very reasonably priced.
Everything was outstanding, the staff were 11/10, the hotel was super clean everywhere, rooms were amazing, food on half board was fantastic and great gluten free options too.
