Lovely home in a quiet residential area. We visited the Cheddar Gorge and it was a short 10 ride from there. The host communicated all the details in advance and our family enjoyed the stay there. The coffee machine with ground coffee beans in the morning was simply great! Highly recommended.

It was very homely & welcoming which was exactly what we were after. The basics of coffee/salt & pepper etc was really helpful. The owners were so helpful & very quick to reply with any answers/assistance. The decor of the place was really modern & there was great attention to detail with little extras like a den for small children to play. Our dog joined us following his operation close by so it was super convenient only being 5 minutes drive away.

We liked EVERYTHING about this hotel. The staff were polite, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The beer was served at the correct temperature, the menu was varied and the food was cooked to perfection both at dinner and breakfast. The room, "Little Robin," had every facility you'd expect and was spotlessly clean. Jacqui, the owner, was a great source of local information and told us some terrific places to go. Thanks, Jacqui, you were spot on!

Supplies in room were refilled daily, on a 2 night visit that does not happen in many places. Breakfast was excellent, if you chose not to have an item included they increased one of the other items. All staff were very friendly and helpful
