We loved staying at the Black Bear Lodge! Everything that was advertised was right on point . We had a relaxing few days to spend with each other. The house is gorgeous! We know that the family is still working on returning this amazing house to it's former glory, but they are doing an awesome job! We love old houses, especially Victorians, and it did not disappoint! Breakfast was provided, even making sure that I had a diabetic-friendly option and my husband, with the sweet tooth, had options as well.

The pool area was nice and refreshing. It was byfar my favorite part. It was a little hard to find the door that isn't labeled but the staff was friendly in helping.
