Stayed at the Club Room and the service at the club lounge was impeccable with very good food and drinks selection. I was even advised where to get the best sunset shots. The breakfast spread was huge and the view was excellent. Room was big and roomy and clean.

I love that all of the staff are attentive to me. When I said I wanted hot honey lemon water,they got it for me. Then for dinner I asked for a conggee also known as porridge the chef was kind to make me a porridge! I couldn't access to get the power bank but Ivy rendered me an assistance and she gladly loaned it under her account instead! That truly an example of a staff that went beyond giving me the extra mile service. THANK YOU IVY, may god bless youLast but not least the ground staff at the dinner area were all so warm,kind to be attentive at all times plus the cleaning toilet lady, she is an angel too! She took my couple of dirty bloodied tissue from my nose bleeding packaging to help me throw!Thank you for the kind and warm hospitality! Great job guys! It was an amazing stay with Cachet Boutique Artime Kunming hotel! I will definitely 💯 recommend it to all of my friends and family whenever they want to come by Kunming!

The service staff from the door to the counter desk to be room service to the breakfast table are all impeccable and knowledgeable. Love the details inside of the hotel room. The room is spacious and with a very comfortable bed. But if you intend to add another bed, it might be quite challenging. It does come with a day bed near the window. Just request an extra pillow and blanket. This hotel is next to a big shopping mall with all the high-end shops.
