I managed to get an upgrade to an apartment, with kitchen, lounge, bathroom and bedroom. The location is very central and close to the metro. The staff is super helpful, the facilities were exceptional. I have been travelling a lot in China and this hotel was the best!

Amazing nice place. The staff is top class! So friendly, helpful and correct. We had some odd requests, such as local Chinese treatments, acupuncture. Then a breakfast bag to go at very early departure. Nothing was to difficult for them. The hotel is beautiful and calm. Very good location, the Italian restaurant is great as well. Very pleasant stay! Thank you staff and crew of this pearl. Chengdu was a very positive surprise!

If I were to rate based on the price I paid, what impressed me most was how grand everything felt — from the amenities to the facilities. I especially loved the massage chair, the spacious bathtub, and the L’Occitane toiletries. Everything in the room felt thoughtfully designed. Breakfast was great, with plenty of selections, and the hotel’s location is convenient — just a short 3-minute walk to a 7-Eleven, and close to several shopping centers. On the positive side, the breakfast team and concierge staff were warm, friendly, and helpful, which I truly appreciated. Overall, it’s a solid 6/10 for me — worth experiencing once for the facilities, but I’m unlikely to return.

The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel in general was super clean and the furnitures were in a very minimalist and clean design. The staff was super convenient and everything we asked (laundry, breakfast, concierge for the bags) was provided! You can even post your letter at the reception! The hotel is located at 20/25 minutes in metro from Chengdu East railway station (perfect to go to Emei moutain and Bouddha in Leshan) The view from the hotel is also amazing, you can see the famous bridge illuminated
