During my recent stay at the hotel, I was very satisfied with the service and facilities provided. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. We had a long transit in Haikou ad we stayed at this beautiful hotel . Name says all because it’s a one Gem. The owner Laura was very helpful and her communication is excellent. All the staff is very very helpful. It’s a very modern hotel close to airport. We had a free shuttle from the hotel to pick us up and our driver Xhiangi was very friendly and helpful. They also booked us a transport back to the airport. We only had little time in this trip but we will definitely come back to explore more . Highly recommend this Hotel to anyone who want to explore Haikou .

    The reception n driver at the hotel were helpful n approachable . The bathroom need to have a curtain as I find very undignified if having at night whether can see through or not. Too many insects as environment full of plants which can't help Breakfast which not provide coffee or tea or not serving? Some breads pl Need to teach how to turn gas cooker , TV but I managed to ask the driver to turn the air condition because I don't read Chinese as I'm ashamed of myself as I was not to send to Chinese school by my parents Other wise reason price to stay

    The design of the hotel is very unique? the hotel makes people feel at home: especially the servce of Jenny Wang at the front desk is very good. very good!!! Also very enthusiastic teach me how to take a taxi!!! And fruit twice. Thank yju so mach!!! Moon cakes are also recommended!!! Very delicious! Five-star service!!! Ten- stars for Janny Wang!!! Free sea view room for us, you can enjoy the sea view notfar away, live in a hotel preferred hotel.

    First of all, thank you to all the staff who do everything possible to satisfy you. The place is ideal, well centered, you couldn't get better. Breakfast is included, but other than the coffee, it's not great. On Saturday evenings, there is a live music group at the back of the hotel. We had a great time listening to them. We had a lot of fun staying there twice for 2 nights. The room is large and clean and quiet. I would easily give 8.5 as a rating. 🙂👍🏼

    The hotel has excellent value for money. Friendly staff, ready to help. Breakfast, although it does not seem to be a big choice, but in fact there is enough of everything. The only negative is that there is only one girl at the reception who speaks English. But, the guides will help you.

    The personnel was very helpful, for example they came out of the hotel and paid for my taxi when I got there the first time since I had no yuan nor wechat. The hotel is quite comfortable and clean.
