Nice location , picturesque , good breakfast . The hosts Lalu, Kabir and the lady who manages the kitchen are great at customer service and make you feel very welcome . Abhi also was very helpful .

We were informed that breakfast would be buffet. There was no buffet and it was just basis stuff for breakfast which was disappointing. The location was ok. The staff were very nice.

Very regal and comfortable room. Wonderful large pool. Staff were friendly, especially the young man working there. The place is in a quiet location in walking distance from Cherai Beach. The issues I faced were in terms of lack of transparency. For instance there was a kettle in the room but no teabags. When I was asked I was told 'foreigners' bring their own and sent to a shop down the road to buy a drink. I was also expected to pay commission on top of my total price which I refused to. A tuk tuk was booked (which I gave money for) and on arrival at my location he said the money had not been passed on. There's lots of potential here but my sense was that the hotel is not run with guests needs in mind.

Absolutely everything. Such a peaceful quiet retreat overlooking the lake and just a tiny pathway from beach. The staff and owners went above and beyond. I was famished when I arrived after 4 hour drive and they immediately made sure I ate something. Resume and Minu were so good. The cook was a sweet lady too ensuring I had enough vegetarian options for breakfast. Shari and her husband were so kind. Property is so quaint and relaxing. Massage was really good too.
