We have very pleasant memories of our stay at the hotel. The atmosphere of the hotel is created by very attentive and responsive staff, your question, request or wish will not go unnoticed. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, an excellent cook, a varied breakfast and the ability to order both lunch and dinner. All colonnades with mineral water, as well as shops, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. We certainly recommend the hotel and will gladly return to it.

The most beautiful and luxurious hotel in Karlovy Vary with the best location and perfect service. Everything is very new and sparkling clean, wonderful interior design and atmosphere. The staff on the reception and in the breakfast room were kind and helpful. We asked for a late check out and they gave us more time. The cleaning was also great.

Location was beautiful but a little out of the way for most activities. Access by vehicle can be tricky but doable for loading and unloading. Unfortunately by the time I booked parking was full so I had to park at another hotel about 10 minutes away by foot.
