The location is very beautiful.
The location is very beautiful. The variety of restaurants is low as well as the foods. During cold days it is very hard to cross the sea. Generally I recommend this place more on warm and sunny days.

The hotel is simple, clean, with basic facilities (tiny rooms, super tiny bathrooms). The location is in the village, very close to the coast but on Marstrand any location is great! Breakfast was good, again nothing fancy but copious and correct. Make sure you travel light as you need to leave your car and take the ferry (there are no cars on the island) and walk to the hotel (5min from the ferry pier). Gym was the best hotel gym I’ve seen, literally everything you could want. They have hot tubs outside on the patio. They have a swimming pool but I didn’t go in that so can’t comment. Breakfast was good, it was a buffet but everything you would want mainly……but beware….not all as it seems.
