Location was perfect. Hostel is modern, clean, spacious. Kitchen well equipped, rooms had AC and curtains on the beds. Individual power outlets (although my plug didn't fit into the bedside outlet; but there were other styles in the room that were fine). Free laundry, and places to hang up clothes. Plenty of showers/toilets. Good value.

Great apartment and excellent host The location is perfect, the price is fair, and the apartment is clean and comfortable. Parking is available, which is very convenient. What really impressed me was the host. He was always responsive and available whenever we needed anything. He showed us around, explained everything thoroughly, and made sure we had all the information we needed from day one. He’s professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about guests having a great stay. Highly recommend this place. Will definitely come back!

Location is perfect, especially if you are looking for somewhere close to the 1 public beach in Ksamil (the majority of the resort town is surrounded by private beach clubs where you must pay for a beach chair). Room was very clean. We had a 2 bedroom with small kitchen, which is perfect if you want to cook in the morning although Sara’s Bakery is a short 5-10 min walk away and I would highly recommend going there for pies/coffee. Hosts were very nice and accommodating. They reached out to us to ask when we were checking in over Whatsapp as we hadn't seen their message through booking. Many restaurants nearby, 10-15 minutes walk. You are close to the center of the town and can easily walk to all restaurants, bars, clubs.

There was nothing not to like about Ngela Apartments. If I could give it an 11 rating, I would. The rooms were impeccable and well-appointed. The balcony was furnished with an unusual swinging chair and a motorized awning. From the balcony, we could see the Ionian Sea and Corfu. Our hostess was so upbeat and welcoming, I wanted to start a friendship! She even brought us a Sarande souvenir during check-out. Such a lovely person.

I stayed for 6 nights and everything was perfect. The place was very clean, comfortable, and spacious enough. I especially loved the balcony, where we enjoyed our mornings and the peaceful atmosphere of the area. A special mention goes to the lovely host Flora, who was incredibly welcoming and kind, and to their little grandson, who was absolutely adorable. :) We had a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend this place — 10/10!
