We had a lovely stay at Vila 240, which offers a perfect mix of comfort, cleanliness, and location. Tucked just far enough from the crowds to enjoy some quiet, yet close enough to walk to the beaches and restaurants, it’s an ideal base for exploring Ksamil. The rooms are modern, well-kept, and spotless—with great attention to detail. We appreciated the comfortable beds, air conditioning, and small touches like a mini-fridge and balcony. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully maintained. The owners are incredibly kind and helpful. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel at home, offering recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a clean, calm, and family-friendly place to stay in Ksamil, Vila 240 is a fantastic choice. We would absolutely return.

We absolutely loved these apartments! We stayed here with our children at the beginning of October, and everything was wonderful. The lovely owner was incredibly kind and welcoming. Since a larger apartment was available, she generously upgraded us for free, which was such a nice surprise! She showed us around, explained where everything was, and was always available whenever we had any questions. The location is perfect — very close to Ksamil and just a 5-minute walk down to the beach, yet in a very peaceful and quiet area. There is also a hotel nearby where you can enjoy breakfast or have a coffee. The view from the apartment was absolutely beautiful! We had a fantastic stay and truly appreciated the warm hospitality. I highly recommend this place, especially for families with children! We would definitely love to come back! ❤️

Lovely hotel, great location and the best part is that you can use the roof terrace and watch the sunset with your friends and family. Hotel staff are absolutely amazing, very helpful and we would definitely stay there again.
