The host was lovely. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean, comfortable and peaceful.

We loved being on the farm surrounded by nature and the farm animals. Also loved having chats with Leanne.

The accommodation was outstanding ... it's fresh, new, clean and beautifully decorated. The location is stunning! We sat on the outdoor lounges on the covered deck overlooking the dam and watched hundreds of pelicans and cormorants feeding which was an amazing sight. We walked to the cellar door and to the Irish pub for afternoon drinks in the beer garden overlooking one of the lakes and then went back later for dinner. The supplies were generous and included hot breakfast, a selection of cereals, tea, coffee, a loaf of freshly baked bread, condiments and fresh milk. They have created a village (and they aren't finished) and there is absolutely no need to go anywhere else once you arrive at this gorgeous place! If you're looking for a wedding venue, this should definitely be high on your list ... from what we could see there are a selection of locations for both the ceremony and the reception as well as accommodation onsite for you and your guests! I'm hoping onsite music concerts (think "A Day On The Green" style but maybe on a smaller scale) is in their future plans ... fingers crossed!
