The property is stunning and the room we stayed in was so homey and comfortable. Very comfy bed and a neat little kitchen with all the coffee and tea supplies you could want. Kim was very welcoming and helpful. Breaky was delicious - I'm not going to spoil what it was! Will be back for certain.

Breakfast was lovely and fresh almost all of it was grown at the property, fresh chicken eggs and freshly squeezed juice. It was so quiet and relaxing and the spa was wonderful. Liz and David had thought of everything. We especially liked the personal notes left for us.

We loved everything about the property. It was a gorgeous place to stay. I loved the master bathroom with the big bath. The owner was amazing when I had a little issue that was out of anyone’s control. I will definitely be staying here next time I am in Melbourne.

Staying in a tram was such a unique experience, and the restoration was so well done. My son who’s a train / tram lover was so thrilled! The beds were very comfortable and the hosts managed to fit all the necessary amenities into a small space. The outdoor area with swings was really nice for the kids to play at.
