Hospitality of the entire staff including the manager, Behroz. It made the whole experience more than amazing to have taken such good care of us. The property is well-managed and very clean. They took care of our special requests promptly. We were impressed by the service.
The villa is wonderful, spacious, beautiful, with many rooms, bathrooms, a kitchen, and a lovely swimming pool. Breakfast was delivered to our villa from the nearby restaurant and it was a five-star breakfast each time. Staying here was better than staying at a five-star hotel because we got to stay in a luxurious villa while still getting five-star service from the property owner. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. And the nearby restaurant was beautiful, large, and just perfectly decorated, and there was even a nice play area for the kids. The food was great and prepared with great attention.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this house. A lovely small house near the main street of Qəbələ. Very clean and able to house many people. The host was very kind, helpful, and responded quickly. We went during the wintertime and will hopefully return in the summer.

We were supposed to go back to Baku, but rain (storm) suddenly came, that's why we decided to find a place to stay using the app. Our stay was amazing. Mr. Nariman and his family were very kind, respectful, and accommodating. They allowed us to cook our dinner and even borrowed their mobile charger. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was reasonably close to tufandag hotel. Highly recommended! Thanks to your family, Mr. Nariman!
Area36 Family Chalet
It is a beautiful chalet. Duplex with master bedroom on the top and two BR on the GF. It was new, clean, bedsheets and beddings were clean, kitchen had all the untisils for a big group, it was very warm and we had three kids with us who thoroughly enjoying running up and down the chalet. It has a big garden, swimming and BBQ area which I am sure if you're visiting in the summers will enjoy.

The chalet is located in the peaceful area with beautiful mountain views. The house was warm and comfortable with all the facilities needed during the holiday stay. The vibe of this villa was absolutely unmatched, hitting that sweet spot between high-end luxury and the raw, rugged beauty of Gabala. Waking up to unobstructed views of the Caucasus Mountains felt like living inside a high-def screensaver. The layout was clearly designed for someone who actually enjoys space; the interior was sleek and modern without feeling cold, and the outdoor area was the real MVP. Whether it was the crisp mountain air or the fact that the property felt like a private sanctuary tucked away from the noise, every corner of the place screamed premium. It’s rare to find a spot that actually looks like the photos, but this place delivered on the aesthetics and the comfort levels effortlessly.
