The warmness of home ,away from home. We had everything we needed in the house for us and the children! Also, local beers in the fridge were a hit for us, fresh eggs and feeding the chickens, was a hit for the children. Amazing area for bicycles and hiking, especially in spring time,it would be lovely.

We booked a room for three persons, and it was one of the most extraordinary places I’ve ever stayed. The room was huge, with a spacious bathroom, unique furniture, and charming decor. It had everything — a hairdryer, kettle, coffee machine, minibar and king-size bed. The design was a beautiful blend of Gothic and Victorian styles — I felt as if I’d stepped into another era, somewhere between a royal chamber and a vampire’s mansion. I regret not booking breakfast. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop, and the staff were genuinely kind and welcoming. I’d love to come back one day, the atmosphere was magical
