Self-Catering Accommodations in Banya

Everything was exeptional. The apartment was big, sunny, clean and fully equipped. Wifi connection was stable and fast. The staff was kind and polite The spa is small, but enough for relaxation.

We had an amazing experience staying in two adjacent villas, both of which were pristine and well-maintained. The breakfast was truly delightful, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. Potential guests should note there is currently a construction site nearby; however, it didn't disturb our stay. My only long-term concern is that once the construction is complete, the stunning views of the Pirin Mountains may be partially obstructed for some of the villas.

Тихо и спокойно място. Препоръчвам.

The property was more like a home than a vacation rental. The kitchen is extreme well stocked. The location on the edge of Banya made it quiet with great views of the mountains. The living/dining area is huge. The wooden hot bath was greatly appreciated, especially since the nearby spa hotel did not sell entrance tickets to non guests.

With modern design, the house is equipped with everything you need. Great warm pool, very kind and responsive host.

We had an excellent stay at the villa. There's an amazing yard, with lovely flowers and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the mountain views. We greatly enjoyed the barbecue and having dinner under the stars. The rooms themselves were spacious and doors provided a lot of privacy.

Spacious, beautiful and well equipped!

Really warm and helpful host. The place is fully equipped for your stay. The local park and the main street is like 10 min away! You can get a shuttle to the lift. The pool is acceptable and clean. Thank you for having us.

Perfect place for stay. Cozy and comfortable rooms with a scenic view over the mountains. The space is very clean. The pool was available for swimming. Extremely caring staff.

I booked this apartment for my friend - we booked another apartment in the complex which turned out to be in the same block. This apartment is huge, very well equipped and clean. The owner was very helpful and kind. It was great value- no issues with the actual apartment. The spa was included after the owner contacted the hotel.....apparently they changed their policy after we booked and this will not be included in the future for apartment guests (also the same with the ski shuttle). We had no issues with the apartment or owner who was amazing. The shuttle driver and the man at the ski rental were amazingly helpful and friendly. We did not actually hire equipment because we had our own, but he was out gateway to the (basic) boot room. They made our day.

The stuff is friendly and helped with everything that we need, the rooms were made daily, the spa is nice with a big jacuzzi and one sauna(from 3) ready to use. The shuttle bus to gondola is not only for the guests of this hotel and it is not guaranteed that you will leave early or at a specific hour. Breakfast is simple and good.

Everything was perfect...I got on viber all the informations about the apartment the day when we came... wi-fi good, location 5min walk to the gondola... we will come again for sure...

The location was great. 5 minutes walk to the ski lift. The Apartment located in the quiet place. The pool and spa was amazing. Warm and clean water. Very relaxing after the whole day ski. The owner answered all questions in few minutes. Very responsible. The restaurant of the hotel is also amazing. Delicious and also much cheaper than the restaurants outside.

Nice apartment with everything you need for a stay.
