I had a great stay at Léa Beach Residence. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the welcome was warm and friendly. I really appreciated the complimentary pack of bottled water upon arrival, and especially the fact that electricity was included in the price, which is quite rare in Cotonou. The rooftop is also a really nice touch.

Cleanliness, well thought-out spatial arrangement of rooms, very well trained staff to assist you. (Helps if you have a translation app on your phone for the french) There are at least 2 ACs per apartment: one in the living room and one in your bedroom. There are different keys 🔑 for your apartment entrance, the corridor door and your bedroom door. Security is on the mind of the owners. Each apartment has their dedicated wifi connection. It’s not a gaming streamer level connection but it’s enough for communication needs. The surrounding area of the building is bustling with traffic and therefore noisy but as soon as you close the door 🚪 of your apartment, you find the calm you need. Each window is equipped with a mosquito net so my wife and I had no problem with mosquitoes. We also used repellents in the apartment and on our skins. Each apartment is equipped with its hot water tank. Overall very pleasant stay.
