Self-Catering Accommodations in Göschenen

We got the Deluxe/Garden apartment. It was very large and comfortable. We enjoyed the stay and the location as well. Andrea(host) was very friendly and gave us a nice welcome. We highly recommend this place. There is a super market walking distance ( check opening time). Private parking was nice to have.

I love this style of house, and did not expect how great this was. I am thinking about renting again next time I want to ride the Alps passes. Very close to the beginning of Susten pass.

Very nice, clean, comfortable apartment with a Sauna close to Göshenen train station. Host was very friendly and responsive. I will stay here again when we come back to the area 5 out of 5 stars.

Comfortable Everything you need, Recommended

The host was great. Very helpful and accommodating. The place isn’t the biggest but the price was wonderful for the size and we were comfortable.

This was the perfect home base for our family of eight! The apartment was incredibly spacious, so everyone had plenty of room to spread out and relax. Parking was easy, there was a Coop grocery store just a short walk away that we used several times, and the thoughtful décor and little touches made the apartment feel especially warm and welcoming. The kids absolutely loved the loft with the bunk beds, and we especially appreciated the extra half bathroom. With a large group, having an additional toilet while others were showering made getting everyone ready each morning so much easier! Staying here was a much more affordable alternative to Andermatt while still providing easy access to everything we wanted to do. We especially enjoyed the scenic walking trail connecting Göschenen and Andermatt - it followed the gorge and had stunning mountain views. The location was also ideal for exploring the spectacular alpine loop over the Susten and Furka Passes. We would happily stay here again!

An amazing location (only 8 minutes away from Andermatt ski lift) and such a spacious condo. It was decorated so well, a perfect ski chalet. The owner was super helpful too. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for style, comfort, and location.

Everything was very clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed the spa area — the sauna temperature was perfect, and the pool was great as well. The location is very convenient, especially with the station nearby. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

The unit had an open kitchen, living and dining areas with a fantastic view and perfect for a small group to hang out all evening after snow activities. The amenities were great in the unit. There were plenty of cups plates and cookware. The beds were super comfortable. The restaurant downstairs is very convenient and tasty. The shuttle ran every half hour to and from the cute town. The town has an incredible butcher, nice grocery, bakery and lots of cute sports shops. For convenience, we kept all our ski gear in town at the shop next to the ticket office , in lockers that dry your equipment overnight.

Host gave us tips about the local bus and maps to get around.

The apartment is on the ground floor so that it's easy to get in and out. There's a storage room right next to the door to store our gears. The foyer is a convenient place to get bundled up/down before/after a ski ride. In unit washer/dryer is handy, although washing takes a long time and I didn't figure out how to reduce it. The apartment definitely shows its age, but its bathroom is very clean. Close to the bus stop (#421 that runs to/from the main gondola and train station) and garbage/recycling station.

Without a doubt, the most comfortable apartment I’ve ever stayed in. It’s decorated with incredible taste and precision — every detail is carefully thought out for both beauty and comfort. The view from the balcony of the snow-covered mountains and the passing train is absolutely charming. I was a bit worried that the train noise might be disturbing, but it turned out to be completely silent — and actually became an extra delight for my daughter, who loved waving to it as it passed by. The bed is extremely comfortable. Belinda is a wonderful, attentive, and thoughtful host. We felt surrounded by care and warmth throughout our stay. I can’t recall ever seeing such an aesthetically presented breakfast or such a lovely assortment! Thank you so much! P.S. Keep in mind that the house is located a bit away from the center, so you’ll need to enjoy a pleasant walk downhill — and perhaps a less pleasant one uphill. However, there’s free parking nearby. Highly recommended!

A lovely apartment in beautiful Andermatt. We had everything we need in the apartment. It was spotless clean and the terrace is a real treat. The price is very reasonable as well.

Breakfast was incredible. Cheese, ham, eggs, jelly, oj, milk, cereal all right in the apartment. Fresh bread and croissants brought to the apartment daily! Apartment was modern, clean, super location, place for skis and boots, comfy beds, great shower, lots of storage....everything was well thought out. And Ursula was the perfect host
