Beautiful building with well decorated and put together rooms! Anyone wondering about how close it is to the beach, it’s practically beach front taking only about 100 steps from property to water. Very nice and quiet. Equidistant to town where food and bars are and beach bars and water in the other direction. Wonderful place to stay to feel real BoaVista experience instead of large inclusive tourist hotels. Owners are extremely easy to communicate with and help manage any exploration you want to do on the Island. Top notch!

    The location is fabulous. Stunning ocean views. A few local eateries which are all great and well priced. An easy walk (10-15 mins) into Sal Rei for the markets, souvenirs and more restaurants. 3 Euro by taxi. The on site pool bar “Elcibar” is phenomenal. What Els creates out of that small single handed run kitchen is divine. The onsite manager, Matt has a lot of local knowledge and is very helpful answering all questions as is his assistant x

    Travelling with my son. We really liked the apartment. It was very spacious, clean and had a well stocked kitchenette. Bed and sofa bed were both comfortable. It was only a few minutes walk to the town centre and the nearest beach - which was amazing. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend here if you want to avoid the resorts and have a more local feel.

    Spacious, luxurious and very comfortable furniture. Plenty of bedding and towels, plus lots of little extras that we weren’t expecting. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that you could possibly need. The view is to die for!! Never got sick of sitting on the balcony watching the sea crash on the rocks and the beach. Fabulous swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers. Henning was a fantastic host and went above and beyond. Will definitely come again!

    Place was clean, new and nice. Kitchen is equipped with basic stuff. Free wifi. TV with YouTube, Netflix is not signed. Walking distance to the beach is aprox.3 min. Coffe and store are also 3-4 min :)
