A very sweet and family oriented hotel. George and the staff were really attentive to our needs. The place is also a walk away from the beach and far enough away from the clutter of the town nearby so it was a good place to relax while still close to everything. I highly recommend this place

The fast response from the owner when our fridge wasn’t working. Gave us the keys of the neighboring apartment that was empty to use the fridge! It was Sunday so the technician was not able to come so he found us a quick solution.

Very nice apartment in central location,

This tiny wooden house is a perfect oasis to escape the city life for a few days. Nestled round the back of the owners house, very private, surrounded by citrus and olive trees and a grape vine to sit under and relax. The house was as very clean and comfortable and the owner, Mrs Koulla, was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. You’d need a car to get here and get around especially in the hot summer months but everything is a maximum of a 5 minutes drive, from the center of Latsi to the beaches in Neo Chorio, everything very easily accessible.

Everything was exceptional 👌🫶 the location is super as you just walk across the street to the Port and restaurants. Everything is within reach and I wish 💝 I could stay longer. I also liked the host, Ms Koulla. She visited us to ask if everything was ok and offered us coffee at the local cafeteria!

The location was excellent, close to a great place to walk along the coast and greenway, no other persons there in the seven days we visited. Easy hike or drive to marina, restaurants, cafes and stores.

The villa exceeded our expectations. The living room was very spacious, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including both a dishwasher and a washing machine. All windows had insect screens, and every room was fitted with air conditioning. Each bedroom also had its own bathroom with a shower. The beach was just a 10-minute walk and had three playgrounds for children. The port was only 15-minute walk, offering plenty of options for dining and activities.

Amazing facilities and location

The villa is really nice, clean and comfortable. The outdoor area with the pool are exceptional, you can swim with a view :) The host Arsinoe is very helpful and supportive .. Will definitely book it again when I'm back to the area.
