Self-Catering Accommodations in Komín

It was very nice & comfortable. The host was great & very responsive. There is private parking.

Everything, this place is made to keep your stay at the top, the location is amazing and quiet, morning works in the near forest are awesome. The owner (Lenka) is a warm and great person, who has met us in personal and explained us all the things and gave us some tips for our stay.

Good location, close to Centrum and public transportation. Owner responded quickly to messages. Beds were comfortable.

Lovely place in a quiet area. The attention to detail is what surprised me. They even provided toothbrushes and razors. The interior design is well made. The temperature is maintained at 20 c, even during heat waves. The owners were very nice and welcoming. Only positive things to say about this place

Nice spacious apartment, kitchen well equipped, close to public transportation and the city center is about ten minutes ride away. The dishwasher is a nice plus if staying for a bit longer.

This apartment was very clean and comfortable with good transport links and shopping options nearby (Billa). We loved the terrace accessible to all accommodated people which had a coffee station available with selection of tea and coffee.

Perfect location, quiet but close to everything, great coffee right next door, beautiful space outside and inside, everything we needed was there - and very nice to have our own space like at home rather than being in a hotel.

The property is clean and extremely efficiently organized and very well equipped. It even has a wash machine and dryer. I travel a lot but I rarely find something so comfortable and efficient. The owner definitely put a lot of effort and I hope it is paying off. Above standard!

New apartment. It has everything you may need. Fully equiped kitchen, washing machine, confortable and modern heating. Friendly staff.

Exceptional location within the city. Convienently located to bus and train stations. Walking distance to many scenic points of view. The host provided a variety of tea and coffee as well as fruits. The apartment and kitchen were well furnished. The chimes of the church bell was an added bonus!

Clean accommodation with good staff and included breakfast

very quiet neighbourhood with families - except the babies crying during the night!

It is in a beautiful residential area of Brno, makes you feel like a resident, rather than a tourist. Very spacious, simple but elegant design, comfortable beds, we had a great sleep. They offer free parking as well.

Nice clean apartment with TV and full kitchen. I loved the car space right next to the entrance of the apartment. Cosy outdoor seating area (but no furniture there).
