Absolutely nothing! This place and the so called manager oscar totally sucks big time. There was no professional contact nor help from him whatsoever. He was rude and wanted to charger an additional 50 euro to possibly occupy a cleaner apartment above the rediculous charge of 86 euro for the vintagr dump. The gas bottle for dtove and hot water heater went completely empty during the night. I attempted by hone and email to get lazy rude oscar to remefy the situation in the morning and he would not even answer his mobile phone snd actually turned off his mobile. Je did not answer my emails either. We could not shower nor cook our breakfast. I Demand a complete refund from this jerk. i can provide Bookings with actual photos of the current conditions of the dump to replace the nice photos that prompted us to book the lodging.it was a complete and utter insult to deal with odcar of oktheway. Bookings suffers with property and people like this....not worth hurting your reputation either. The actual owner of the property by name of carmen attempted to helpus nuy she indicated she could do nothing about oscar. She at least tried to get him to correct the problems he was redponsible for but he did not respond. Please help me get my refund and please investigate this property and the oktheway rude useless manager.

Perbes House is fantastic, very spacious and luminous. it has everything you need to make a comfortable stay, new and clean, even a beautiful garden to take a break or have dinner. the place is quiet and very close to a nice beach. you can quickly get on the highway and reach very easily La Coruña, 15 minutes.

Very well-equipped apartment. Great view of area around Perbes Beach (cannot see the beach itself). Convenient to have a grocery store/bar on the ground floor so we had access to basic food necessities.
