All was very functional, clean and the property sent updates and reminders on check-in, available facilities, etc. Easy access and it’s right in the city center. The instruction leaflet in the room explains even in more detail so zero need to ask questions. There is a laundry room, only one washing machine but you can still wash your clothes, awesome! I met two different cleaners, they were both smiling, said hi and ofc did great work, the room and corridors are spotless. I loved the big desk area and did some serious letter writing there! Comfy for working on a laptop too, two people can sit side-by-side.

The waterpark was great for kids to play in during a hot summer time. The apartment was clean and tidy.

Just a tips: the staff are helpful if you ask but the communication seems a bit less or slower than what the staff actually help. The photos are very actual. Kakola Spa (if you can’t understand Finnish can you book via Kakola hotel. Just walk a short bit there and ask for help at the reception (strongly recommend the hotel breakfast).

Very clean apartment. And it has all the basic kitchen utensils and dishwashing liquid available. Overall comfortable to stay.

The apartment is well ventilated, brand new furniture, comfortable beds, beautiful and modern design. Key collection was very easy. And the large, covered parking is very useful in the winter.

It was a perfect small apartment with all the facilities I needed. The bathroom and kitchen both had some amenities which was nice. I did do some grocery shopping but it was nice not having to buy things like salt and pepper. It felt like a little home away from home.

The apartment is in a perfect location, 2 minutes walk from a bus station. There is a nice breakfast place nearby, and the town center is at close hand. The apartment is newly renovated and has anything a solo traveler like me might need for a stay. WiFi works perfectly, which i needed for my work. There is a kitchenette with all utensils - and tea bags, which i used for tea each morning. Upon arrival, there were two bottles of water, which I appreciated after a long trip. Generally, it's a nice place. Thank you.

A good-sized, quiet apartment overlooking the Aura River. Comfortable bed.

It was close to market, and center even tho you have to walk so it depends on you. Facilities were enough.

Location is really nice, close to the University. The place was clean and nice and everything worked well. The keys were easy to pick up and it was nice that they were in a lock box, where you can pick them up any time you arrive.

Very comfy beds and a good location with easy on-street parking. The sauna was working too. Perfect stay.
