Location, very updated and stylish

A very quiet place next to a small river. Very friendly owners, cat Ozzy and 3 chickens. Singing of birds. Close to the bus and pub with good and cheap food. Comfortable bed, very clean and pleasant.

The host made the place very comfortable with some great snacks, juice, coffee and tea. Great location just across the street from the water and a short walk into town.

What a great location and apartment that truly lived up to its billing. Julie was very helpful and responsive. She even advised us to reverse park at high tide with strong winds forecast😎. Loved the welcome bottle of Prosecco and finding milk in the fridge. The Christmas tree was an added welcoming touch. One of my favorite stays, will hopefully be back.

Beautiful home, clean and very well maintained with plenty of space for everybody. Clean sheets and towels provided for everybody. Quick responses from the owner if I had any questions. Perfect location for visiting the beach (5 minute walk) Although there is no parking as it is resident parking only, there are several options for pay and display carparks again within a few minutes walk and you can park outside the property to load and unload cars.

The property was beautifully clean and had everything we needed. It was warm and comfortable and kitted out really well, from all the cooking utensils and pans, to soap, towels, loo roll, a goodie bag and delicious coffee pods. The location was amazing, right above the beach, and it took us two minutes to walk down onto the sand via a cafe selling great coffee and ice creams. I would thoroughly recommend Foxholes Hill and we had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Everything you could want and more for a delightful weekend. Clean. Comfortable, great communication with the host, we were able to check in early and lots of thoughtful touches. Complimentary tea, coffee, fresh milk, books and games, local information. Nice towels, great shower,a parking space, outdoor seating,....a top class stay! I was very sad to leave!

Really comfy and homely. It had everything we needed and was close to town and the seafront.

Very cosy and welcoming, we love the accommodation and it's great value. Feels like the host has thought of everything. This was my second stay and I'll keep coming back for my trips to Starcross.

The apartment was really well equipped and Leona the host was really friendly and helpful. It was also within walking distance to the beach. My grandchildren really enjoyed going to the club and using the pool and playing the crazy golf.

Great location, close to walking paths, restaurants, etc.
