Lovely clean downstairs house with superb friendly hosts living upstairs in an excellent location only a 10 minute walk to the warner brothers studio ( Harry Potter) for my wife and daughter. We used a reliable taxi company recommended by our hosts myself and my in law for the train station in Watford for the 20 minute journey to Euston exploring the delights of the city

Kids were super excited as the whole house is Harry Potter themed. It is very close to Warner Bros studio (10 min walk in very pleasent area).

The house is in a really good location for Harry Potter & very close to local shops, cafes & restaurants. The owner kindly organised parking although there is a lot of competition for spaces. The house was clean & seemed to have quite a lot of new renovation.

Lovely little house in Watford, with enough space to accomodate 5 adults. Fast wifi, big backyard for outdoor activities and fully furnitured and fucntional kitchen. Matresses were quite soft, but that's personal preference.

Beautiful accomodation! Very clean and the smell inside was amazing. The owner is very kind and is there for you. We came to visit Harry Potter Studio, it was 8 minutes by taxi. There was everything what u need (dishes, shampoo, showergel etc.) We were very satisfied. Thanks for everything.

This holiday house is exceptionally well decorated with Harry Potter themes, which makes the stay very enjoyable for my adult kids! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the house provides what is needed, even an ironing board!

This is a great place to stay if you're planning to visit the Warner Bros. Harry Potter Studio with kids. They provide USB sockets and USB-C chargers, so I didn't have to worry about UK-to-EU adapters.
