This place is truly amazing. Perfect view, clean, luxurious.. the guy welcoming us was also very friendly. I recommend this place very much. Being at the bath is like in the pictures.

Property is in amazing place, surrounded with Kazbegi mountains, it’s like a fairytale. Everything is cozy and comfortable, both the inside and the outside look amazingly beautiful. Our hosts are the best people, due to snowstorm we had to stay one day more and they made 70% discount 🥹🥹🥹 They are very kind and helpful Very safe place by the way, quiet and cozy. Probably we will come here again in future. Highly recommend. Love you, Georgia and Georgians 😍🥹

Awesome views, super clean, super friendly

We had an amazing stay at these incredibly scenic cottages, with breathtaking views of Mt. Kazbegi. The proximity to major hiking locations is great, as well as the convenience of some shops nearby. The cottage itself was super clean and very well equipped to do some cooking and relaxing yourself. We very much hope to come back one day!

This cozy cottage in Kazbegi was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location is amazing - we woke up to **golden sunrise views** right from our window! Loved the **modern dry-separated bathroom** (so rare here) and the host's warm hospitality. Would absolutely stay again! 中国人不骗中国人 这家真的超级不错！

It’s so cozy and have a beautiful view to the valley. Have everything i need for a solo driving traveller, a kitchen with enough for self cooking, comfortable bed and strong internet.

Loved the views, it was so close to the trail we wanted to take the next day, also the staff were super nice! And price wise it's the best value for money deal you can get

First tea the host was so friendly and helpful and the cottage was very very clean and tidy and has everything needed. the location and view is amazzzzing , and there is near mini markets to get things needed . Worth the money which was a good value definitely will come again .

The view is exceptional and the location is just perfect it’s secluded between mountains and very close to the cafes and restaurants at the same time. The place is very spacious it feels like a mini condo. Everything is clean & the host is very accommodating and amazing i absolutely recommend this cottage.

Had a great time, was advised it maybe a little noisy in the cabin as it's near the road but I slept great both nights so it was no issue for me. The cabin had everything I needed to make breakfast and dinner, and the bed was comfy! Amazing views of the mountains on opposite side of the road, as well as the Georgian tower and church up the hill next to us. Good location not far from truso valley and the village sno which I went to, and gergeti church I think is not too far away either. The host (sorry I can't remember your name) was great and sent me locations of places to see, and let me use their bbq to make some dinner when I got there.

GREAT COTTAGE, GREAT HOST!! Super clean, super stylish and view to die for— clear view on Kazbegi! Host Davit is very welcoming, accommodating and friendly. He gave us lots of lovely advise and brought us everything we asked for (like a rack for drying, extra knife and paper towels), and was extremely polite and helpful. The style and amenities of the place are impressive! Very cute backyard too, wish we had more chances to use all those hammocks and grill area. Great to have a washer and dishwasher. Big fridge. Parking was available for us inside the gate, great! Intourist hotel with nice restaurant and a good view was in 3 min walk, it was cool as we experienced the all-country power outage one evening, and we could not cook in house that time. It was resolved soon, and we were super happy in this place. Needless to say, many hiking/ sightseeing places around. Finally, walking distance to main streets, cafes, grocery, and bakeries. Hope to come back!!!!!

The place is cozy , romantic and beautiful designed with an amazing view that makes every moment unforgettable. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the owner was friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking to enjoy every minute of their stay in Kazbegi. A truly wonderful experience.

Very Nice and Cozy Place, Well Furnished Brand New, Owner is very Nice and Helpful

Best property ever. Best hosts ever, Marina and Tazo. Sweetest kitchen staff ever. They made me corn bread as I cannot eat gluten. Best food ever. Local ingredients, wonderful location with easy access to Stepantsminda. They arranged a driver, horseback riding. Store onsite for various things (ice cream, drinks). Views to die for. Clean, comfortable. We didn't want to leave. At first we thought it was a bit isolated but that is not the case at all. It is perfectly located for walks, sweetest Georgian hospitality and we loved the place beyond words.

Very cozy place, good view to the snow mountain, you can just see the view in your room/balcony/garden. We cooked every day here, it’s convenient to buy everything in the market nearby. The weather changed quickly everyday, cold/sunny, but we have the heater in the house so we keep warm and comfortable in our stay. And the house owner is very nice and helpful. We saw a very cute cat came to the house everyday and we gave her some food. Don’t forget to bring cash here, you can only pay cash for the house fee.

The view，room and owner was super good and welcome

The hosts were the absolute best - we were blessed to meet the entire family (Zura, Nona, and Gocha) and each person was kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They made each part of our stay the best it could be from bringing us local wine and homemade treats, helping us with transport all around Kazbegi, and being available for any questions we had. One of the hosts, Zura, provided transport from Tblisi to Kazbegi for us and his driving was impeccable and safe. They went above and beyond and we absolutely fell in love with them. The house itself was perfect - views are unmatched, it was spotless, and was so cozy and comfortable. Beds were so comfortable we slept perfectly and woke up to picturesque views of Mount Kazbegi! Location was so convenient to walk to everything in the village. We couldn’t have asked for a better home or experience!
