Self-Catering Accommodations in Epáno Dhris

Suitable for those who want to feel country side life. Beautiful renovated old house, situated in a little village with few inhabitants, stunning landscapes. Hospitable host, a lot of goodies on the table and in the fridge at arrival. All you can need utilated, including laundry machine.

The property was maintained impeccably. The owner was on site cleaning the pool almost every day. There were serious winds coming and bringing dust from the Sahara desert that covered most of Greece. Therefore, the pool required more maintenance. He did it all.

The property is in a very quiet place surrounded by the Cretan countryside. The court yard has a garden with a variety of vegetables planted for guests and a shaded area with table for enjoying meals. There is plenty of room for parking and outside grill and oven. The house has everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

excellent location and great host

Property was very functional, the pool was great, and the location was perfect to get anywhere on that side of Crete

The location was perfect. Our view was of the Mediterranean Sea. Eric and his family were so helpful, they gave us a lot of suggestions of places to go, and places to eat. We had a car issue and Eric even helped with that! We spent a month on Crete and the Sitia Bay Apartments was the best location and the most peaceful place we stayed.

Outstanding experience—easily the best accommodation our family had the privilege of enjoying during our travels through Europe this past summer. Mr. Nektarios was an exceptionally attentive and engaging host who has clearly put tremendous care into creating an upscale yet warm and welcoming atmosphere at DeMaNi President Suites. Our third-floor suite was immaculate and thoughtfully equipped with every amenity imaginable, including both a jacuzzi and separate sauna, a full kitchen, stylish and comfortable designer furnishings, two connected balconies with wonderful views, and state-of-the-art technology for lighting, air conditioning, security, and the elevator system. The highlight, however, may have been the incredible breakfast delivered to our suite each morning. From freshly brewed Greek coffee and delicious local pastries and pies to fresh fruit and Greek yogurt, the quality and variety were outstanding. Mr. Nektarios also provided excellent recommendations and helpful information about Sitia and the surrounding area, which made our visit even more enjoyable. By the end of our three-day stay, we genuinely did not want to leave—and Mr. Nektarios’s warmth and hospitality certainly didn’t make saying goodbye any easier! We would absolutely return if our travels bring us back to Crete and enthusiastically recommend DeMaNi President Suites to anyone visiting Sitia. An exceptional property and an unforgettable stay!

We have never witnessed such an hospitality, generosity and true pure friendship elsewhere in the world. There are not enough words to describe the amazing people in Demani. They have done more than everything in order to make our stay a dream that will not be forgotten all our lives. The apartment is more than wonderful, near the beach and very very near to the heart of wonderful Sitia. Ioannis and Nectarius took us to several sites and even back to the airport. Thank you Ioannis and Nectaris and all the family: you became a part of our lives. We will never forget you. You are angels. We love you so much.

Everything was amazing. The host was extremely accommodating and helpful in all situations. He was an extremely gracious host and the apartment was extremely clean and had everything you could possibly need. the location of the apartment was also optimal, it was so close to the beach and the restaurants with also being in the downtown near the shopping. 100% would stay there again!

Interior design was very pleasant. The place is super clean and the facility is top of the line

Excellent facilities and an amazing view to the nearby hills. Absolute silence. You can get tourself lost for hours into watching the lanscape

Easy communication with owner. Cosy, clean & comfortable house located in a small/quiet village. Perfect for me. The place had everything I need.

Everything was perfect 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Our stay was excellent. Maria was a great host. The apartment is spacious and was very clean. We had everything we needed in term of kitchenware. Street parking was easy and the area is peaceful and quiet. We will be back. Thanks!

The apartment was very open , clean and spacious and had all the amenities. It's in an excellent location right by the sea and a ten minute walk to the center.

It was one of the best vacations I had in my life. The property owner took care of everything, he welcomed us with a big smile, lots of local goods and explained to us everything regarding the area. During our stay we kept in touch and he made sure that nothing is missing and we’re good. We’ll sure come back to Blue horizon again next year. 😁
