Absolutely everything. 😁 The interior itself is beautiful and furnished with great taste. You can find anything you can possibly need in the apartment. It is spacious and there is a lovely balcony at the top of the building, from which you can enjoy an amazing view of Arta. Also, it is located in the center of Arta, so everything is very accessible. It is very important to note that none of this would be possible without our great host, Mr Kortesas, who was very kind, provided detailed information about everything and gave us some amazing recommendations, which made our stay in Arta even more enjoyable. All in all, an 11/10 experience. 🌿👌🌞

arden House was a wonderful place to stay in Arta! It's located very close to the city center, yet in a beautiful, peaceful, and quiet area. The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. The host was extremely kind and welcoming. She gave us helpful instructions and great recommendations on what to see and do around the city. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Garden House to anyone visiting Arta!

Extremely responsive hosts, who went out of their way, twice, to provide some kitchen items that were initially missing. Easy to find and to park for free nearby. Excellent power shower.

The self check-in with a key box was very easy and convenient. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for three people. Having a parking near the building was a huge plus.

Iliana is a very kind host. The apartment was spotless, fully equipped and felt brand new. It even has a washing machine. Location is at walking distance from the centre but in a quiet street. Parking in the street is easy. We actually even parked right in front of the door of the apartment. All in all, value for money.

K Houses B3 is located in Arta, just 1.8 miles from Archaeological Museum of Arta and 4.8 miles from Arachthos River. This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking.
