Self-Catering Accommodations in Spetses

We had a wonderful stay at Theos Apartments. Our hostess Evilena was so sweet and helpful. She did many extra things to make our stay the best. The property is quite and beautiful. We will return the next time we are in Spetses.

Very well maintained property, good sea view, private terrace, spacious indoors and equipped with everything you might need. The hosts were great and welcoming , reach out to them for anything and tgey will help. We booked the place for 2 weeks and it was one of the most relaxing vacations.

Amazing location just a couple minute walk from the center of town and the beach in town. Close to all the action but tucked just far away enough for some peace and quiet. Beautiful view of the ocean and town from the balcony. Impeccable interior design with amazing attention to detail - we could have stayed forever and our 2 children said the house was their favorite part of the trip! Stunning house. Very comfy beds. Easy check in with such an amazing host! We can't wait to come back

I had a great time at Villa Kalomira. They are very friendly and helpful, the place is beautiful, and the breakfast is great! 😊 I felt like I was staying with family. Kalomira was very attentive and even provided me with a beach towel, which I didn’t have in my luggage. They gave me so many great recommendations, and she even showed me the family church. I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Villa Kalomira to anyone visiting Spetses! I will come back :)

Kind and thoughtful host, perfect location, tasteful décor.

First up, the excellent check-in communication and process. Our host Soula (sp) called us, arranged where to meet, and took us to her lovely house, which is ideally located maybe 150m from the shops, restaurants and bars around the port area. The house was a home and had everything we required (we especially liked the snack gift basket). The kitchen was well equipped and had lots of extras available for our use. the bedrooms were roomy, the living areas cozy, the aircon welcome, and we felt very safe in the peaceful location. And it was all so clean.... Recommended

Picking up the keys was super easy everything was ready, clear, and hassle‑free. Our stay at Casa di Spetses was excellent. The property was very clean, comfortable, and well‑maintained, with everything prepared exactly as expected. The house is beautifully kept, easy to settle into, and offers a relaxing environment that made our time on the island truly enjoyable. Overall, a very pleasant and smooth experience that we would happily recommend.
