The place has the ambiance of a family hacienda with only a handful accommodation units located around the peaceful inner courtyard. Room is spacious and offering the amenities necessary fir a comfortable stay. Large kitchen in the main house offers facilities for preparing, reheating and storing food. Reasonably priced on-demand breakfast with basic local options. Incredibly friendly, attentive and well intentioned staff was the highlight of my stay

It was roomy enough for us and our two kids. The communication was perfect and probably the best booking communication we ever had. The location was great right near the historic district and walking distance to everything it's also very easy to get an Uber anywhere. The area was super safe and the apartment was very secure. There was everything needed to cook drinking water hot water for the shower plenty of sheets and pillows. The TV worked really well and we were able to watch TV. There was no air conditioner or fan but the temperature was perfect as it got very cold in the evening. The internet also worked very well. This is a great apartment to stay in in Guatemala City it's a great location very comfortable and the best host communication ever. The lighting inside was also very nice. Oh and there was coffee, oil, and cooking spices which was a nice touch!! The check-in was also one of the best we've ever had and the people at the entrance of the building who gave you the key we're also very friendly. We only stayed one night but I wish we could have stayed longer.

Very close to the airport but still took me around 20 minutes due to traffic. The flat is extremely spacious and confortable. There is food below in the ground floor of the flat which makes it easier for shorter stays. Also a gym in the same floor.

The guesthouse is located slightly outside the town center, about a 15-minute walk from Parque Central. The surrounding neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, with no street noise to disrupt the stay. The property was well maintained, and the shared bathroom was cleaned daily. I had no issues sharing the facilities - they were consistently clean and comfortable.

We really liked that the parking was indoors. There are restaurants/cafes within walking distance. It's right on the plaza, but the balcony is private if you sit out at any time. The view of the hills was really lovely.
