Absolutely beautiful cottage, it was a lovely place to relax and a wonderful space to enjoy. It had everything you needed, it was like home for home. The location is perfect for exploring the surrounding areas, Leap Castle and Birr Castle and Gardens were just two places we visited. Beds were really comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped for all your needs and the bathrooms had a shower in one and a stand alone bath in the other.

We liked basically everything! We met the property manager rather than the owner but that was fine; she was very informative and had lots of helpful advice as well as handing off the keys and showing us the ropes. It's quite spacious and well-furnished with a functional kitchen and a bunch of bedrooms and bathrooms. We spent a whole day just walking around the next-door castle grounds and general area. Friendly neighbors, easy to get to, free off-street parking if you rented a vehicle. Served as a "home base" for day trips around Ireland for us. Highly recommend.

This camper was delightful. There was plenty of room for the two of us. There's a small town, Templemore, nearby for groceries, pub, and eating out. Our hostess was very accommodating and included little things like cereal, milk, and juice just in case we didn't get groceries the day of our arrival. The view is spectacular in the front and back. We were also 2-3 hours from south (Cork) and west (Galway). We're photographers, so wrong turns became happy surprises. There's also plenty to do just in County Tipperary. Great location for exploring the island!
