Great comunicación with host. The house was very clean, the beds comfortable, very quiet and relaxing. Lovely decoration. Safe location and very easy to find. Supermarkets nearby. You can hear the lovely birds singing. This place was exactly what we needed. 100% recommended!
The breakfast was plentiful, but mostly sweet items which was was not good for myself as i'm diabetic. good selection of teas and coffees

A grat place for a peaceful holiday with family or a group of friends. Complete privacy amidst olive groves, a private pool and clean rooms, each with its own bathroom. Last but not least, a very lovely owner.

A wonderful place that you just want to come back to! The house is beautiful, incredibly spacious, and perfectly prepared for a comfortable stay, but what awaits outside completely steals your heart. The amazing, green garden with plenty of trees makes a huge impression, and being able to eat ripe fruit straight off the branch is pure magic. There are plenty of great spots on the property—both for sharing meals together with a larger group and for quiet relaxation with a book. To top it all off, there is a fantastic pool that brings so much joy. The owner on the entire stay was the wonderful host—so kind, always available, and ready to help with good advice on any matter. We recommend this place with all our heart!

Casetta Monterano
A very cozy, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean apartment in a charming small Italian town. Just around the corner, you’ll find lovely local cafés and bars where you can enjoy your morning cappuccino alongside the locals, far from the tourist crowds. From the apartment, you can take a beautiful hike to the ancient abandoned village of Antica Monterano, a spectacular place with roots dating back to the Etruscans. Francesca is an amazing host—kind, attentive, and always happy to help. The apartment also has a lovely little garden, perfect for enjoying an evening glass of prosecco. We were very happy with our stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

the house is lovely, interieur close to design, very pleasant and airy and cool during the heat of the summer. there is also a tiny bit of a garden with a tiny table to enjoy coffee or wine. we came by train from rome to manziana and were lucky to catch the navetta bus which stops on the corner, otherwise it is a bit of a walk to/from the station (15 mins not super slow tempo, trains once in an hour). we never saw the owners but the communication was smooth and effective, more business-like than cordial but all went well. if we were back in the area, i wouldn't hesitat to come back., especially if by bike or car.

My stay at this place was truly enjoyable. The bedroom was cozy, and the opening bed in the gallery added a unique touch to the space. The hostess was very kind, offering complimentary water, coffee, and juice in the fridge, which was appreciated. She also provided helpful recommendations for nice spots to visit in the area. I would recommend this place to others.

Extremely hospitable guests. Giovanni and Maria are unbelievably kind and helpful and make your stay so pleasant. The location is absolutely perfect with a majestic lake view. The Bracciano region is amazingly beautiful and there is so many things you can do nearby. The garden is beautiful and very well groomed. Nothing negative to mention.

Apparently, we were the first guests of the property and the host made every effort to make us feel comfortable. We will be happy to come back. A newly furnished flat in a residential area, good starting point for trips to lago Bracciano (10 min drive) or solfatara Diosilla (15 min drive).
