Very calm and relaxing place to stay.

The apartment was actually 2 apartments that could be connected, with 2 separate living rooms, 2 separate kitchens. The 2 kitchens were equally equipped with a fridge, hob, and kitchen utensils. The apartment on the harbor side is pleasantly cool, ideal for a dog. The apartment is not large but fully equipped with everything you need for a stay of a few weeks. The bedroom door opens onto the terrace but without a mosquito net. There is a laundry facility in the resort area. There is a clothes dryer in the apartment. The beach is right after the resort entrance. The center is a max. 10 minute walk. Before the spring season, this beach was the only one that could be used for dog walking because the other part was closed and probably prepared for the season.

We spent very nice time in our app. Everything was nice, very clean,good accomodation and the best was location, on the beach...

We liked the location, quiet environment of Pinetta Belvedere villaggio, spotlessly clean mobile home furnished with attention to the details and the friendliness and hospitality of our lovely host Anna. We will definitely come back in the future.

The location was beautiful and I appreciated the clean and the apartment with all essential services.. The beach is near the apartment and the breakfast was delicious and the food was various, sweet and salad.

Beautiful, clean, large apartment. Excellent location a few minutes walk from the center. Very nice and helpful staff, they responded to requests immediately. Easy automated check in with no waiting. Pet friendly hotel. We have stayed here several times and certainly not the last time.

Excellent beach to go with little kids, super safe for them, plus close enough that they can walk there. The area is very calm, not many cars going around. The balcony is big enough to enjoy it. The sitting places in the ground floor are comfortable.

We received a very warm welcome, and the lady who gave us the keys was exceptionally friendly. We were also pleasantly surprised with an extra breakfast, which was a lovely gesture. As we understand it, this is a family-run business, and everyone we met was helpful, kind, and genuinely hospitable. The apartman is exactly as it shown on the photos.

Well laid out apartment. Excellent heating in winter. Everything you need is there. 10 minute walk along the esplanade to the historic centre.

Nice accommodation close to the beach and the center of Grado. The staff was very friendly, a nice lady welcomed us upon arrival, showed us our room, and gave us some tips. Our room was on the ground floor and was beautifully clean and nicely furnished, including air conditioning. There was a nice selection at breakfast, including a bar. The distance to the center was about a 15-20 minute walk along a nice promenade. Access to the beaches is limited and paid, but the hotel offered us a better deal. Parking was right next to the hotel, but there was a market going on during our stay, so we had to move from the street in front of the hotel to the hotel's small parking lot, where luckily there was space for us.

Very good position of apartment 3 mins walking to sea. Large balcony and terrace and rooms. Aircondition, kitchen, bathroom all great! Perfect parking.
