The kindness and hospitality of the staff. The quality of the breakfast is also soo good.

This is one of the better hostels I have stayed in Europe. Whilst the property itself, maybe older and in style with Naples, it was clean, and the staff were kind and helpful. Good location near the Central Station and all my expectations were met.

Great apartment, we were a little unsure on area when we arrived but honestly it was great. Close to metro, small walk to train but we easily did it with our bags. Not as many restaurants close by that offered more than pizza at night but just caught the metro and we were fine.

The staff was super nice and helpful. It was clean. The beds were comfortable, the temperature was pleasant at night. There's a living room with Netflix and equipped kitchen.

Luigi is a fantastic host. He is very informative, helpful and friendly. The apartment is beautiful with old world charm and very spacious. The location could not have been better. Will definitely stay there again if ever we visit Naples in future.

Amazing place. The owner was super helpful. Good bed, everything was clean. The bathroom was perfect. I highly recommend this place if you going to Napoles.

Probably the best stay I had in Italy. Clean, nice. Can't tell from photos, but it has two floors! Which is very cool.

Hotel is new,room is big and comfortable. It's safe and quiet,but still near to center,metro,port and trains.territory is nice and green. Stuff was very kind and friendly.

The airbnb was really nice and it smelled amazingly! It has one big room with a large bed where 3 people definitely fit (a bathroom too), outside in the living room there is one couch bed where two people can easily fit and upstairs there is another one room with a big bed where also 3 people can fit (another bathroom too). The location of the airbnb is really in the center!

Incredible location, situated right in the centre of the Centro Historico, best location possible. Wonderful self contained apartment, safe and secure with lots of character. Our host was very helpful and informative throughout our stay

Rallegranza was very pleasant and relaxing to stay at, and the staff was very kind. The room seemed very carefully designed: it felt very spacious, the bed was large and comfortable, having a bath in the room was really nice and we really liked how gentle the lighting in the room was. Thank you! :) (My husband and I came to Naples for a day to see Pompeii, and staying at Rallegranza was very convenient for this (very close to the train station, easy check in and out, and the staff were very helpful with storing our luggage). We were really impressed how relaxing and safe the hotel felt inside (in particular given the proximity to the train station))

Nadia was lovely and helped meet us even though we booked 10 minutes before check in! Excellent clean accomodation in the centre of Naples, aircon, lovely shower facilities and a breakfast corner too!

The apartment was in the heart of the city, everything was reachable by a few minutes of walking. It was well equipped, clean and quiet in the night even though lots of people were out in the streets.

Clean and suitable! With great hospitality

The host: We had a bit of a shocker arriving in Naples - left a bag in the taxi with passports & money in it. 🤦‍♀️ Giselle was amazing. Met us as arranged outside the property, took us through, showed us everything we needed to know about the property etc and then proceeded to help us ringing taxi companies and even accompanied us to the police station to file a report. Giselle spoke some English - we had no Italian - but used translator apps which was brilliant. As well as being our super-hero she also gave us tips of where to go and what to see. I cannot recommend (or thank) Giselle enough. 🫶 The property: A surprisingly large space - entry & dining room, large fully equipped kitchen, small lounge, large bedroom with such a comfy bed, bathroom and cute little internal courtyard. The shower is small - be warned - but brilliant water pressure. Everything was clean and beautifully presented. Giselle had bottles of water for us, and tea/coffee sachets etc. There is a coffee machine and a small superette down the road to grab pods, milk etc. The area: we specifically chose Chiaia to stay as we wanted to be out of the madness of the inner city but right on the waterfront. Excellent walk along the water into the inner city. There is a little pizzeria down the road (yum) and superette, post office etc up the road.

The location is perfect, very close to the beach. The breakfast is awesone.

Staff was extremely helpful. Did not let the language barrier get in the way.
