Self-Catering Accommodations in Olbia

Absolutely amazing place! Secluded for nice peace, quiet and relaxation but not too far from major attractions in the north.

Close to airport and grocery store, short walk to multiple bus stops

Very convenient and well located.

Great secluded place. Not too many people. Kinda private. Quiet and very helpful staff.

Big rooms, cozy garden. Hotel is secluded from surrounding area making it quiet. It’s a 5 minute drive from the airport. Great for late arrivals who want to continue their trip on other parts of the island the next morning.

Location - The property was accessible to public transpo, walking distance to bus stations going to city center, beaches and the Costa Smeralda airport. There are nearby cafes and restaurants as well. Property - Spacious and modern, 2 big bedrooms and sofa bed. Kitchen if you’d like to cook

The room was impecable and very confortable!

The location was perfect. It would have been helpful to have soap capsules for the washing machine and a sponge or something to clean with.

Fantastic private room right in the old town. Great shared kitchen and very kind host.

The location and the cleanliness of the appartement. It has a washing machine which was practical and a Nespresso machine.

We stayed in this penthouse for two weeks and overall had a good experience. The apartment is beautiful, very clean, well equipped, and the view is absolutely amazing. The location is quiet and peaceful, and the property looks exactly like in the photos. There is also a beautiful beach only about a 10-minute walk away. Communication with the manager was good throughout our stay.

There were a couple of bus stops nearby. The entrance is up the stairs on the left side of Conad supermarket. Having the supermarket right below was quite convenient. The croissants were the stars of the breakfast both chocolate and apricot. The terrace was shaded in the morning. There is a shared washer and dryer on the terrace. There was an above ground pool on the rooftop terrace. A first for me. The room and bathroom were both large. The room had plenty of wardrobe space with hangers. There was a mini fridge in the room and a bigger one in the shared kitchen. The bathroom had a walk-in shower with multiple massage jets besides the shower head. There was plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Shampoo was provided. Housekeeping came about every four days. There are only 4 rooms.

LOVED the location and the modern and clean decor! the kitchen was beautiful and easy to use! the bathroom was great and the balcony was amazing! loved the views!

The rooftop terrace and the owner Lino!
