Self-Catering Accommodations in Pitigliano

Staying in Casa Messi felt like living in Pitigliano. It’s a charming apartment full of character and comfort with just the right mix of old world and new. The owner was also very proactive and reached out before we checked in with all kinds of useful information and was quick to respond.

Very relaxing and enjoyable location.

We loved our stay in Pitigliano and our beautiful apartment! We were greeted with the warmest welcome from our wonderful hosts Alessandro and Camila. They helped us find parking, picked us up from our parking spot, and Camila provided a walking tour of Pitigliano - including restaurant recommendations - on the way to the apartment. The apartment itself is spacious, very clean, and provides everything you can need. The modern renovations were so well done, while leaving the historical pieces intact. There’s so much attention to detail in the apartment, even all the light switches were placed in such logical places. There were drinks and breakfast items provided, including a bottle of Prosecco. Alessandro also gave us a lesson in making espresso and cappuccinos. Our hosts were incredibly responsive to all of our text and provided so much information about places to visit in the area. We hope to return for another day at Casa del Ghetto!

It is very well located, it is a nice place and spacious. We loved the snacks that were there, we really appreciated it, we arrived late in the night and after a long driving we were really hungry that snack made us happy and gave us some energy. We also had the chance to make the check out a little bit late.

Interesting apartment built into a mountain cave, it was clean and quiet- however difficult to find and difficult to access. Good facilities which included laundry. Our hosts gave us interacted with us only through email, and we had to wait a bit to get into the room. But it was clean and comfortable and well maintained.

Delightful apartment with a gorgeous view! Provided everything we needed. Very comfortable bed, very hot water, close enough to walk easily to town, yet silent at night with just the birds in the morning.

This is a fabulous home in a beautiful medieval town. Comfortable, convenient and AMAZING VIEWS! Our second time here and will return again. Absolutely love this place! Highly recommend!

Very spacious and has a laundry machine. Easy walk to town and the host was friendly.

Very large, clean and very nicely decorated apartment just steps away from the old town with fantastic view towards it from the windows. Great firm mattresses in both bedrooms. Interesting furniture that is very appropriate for the historic building like that. Efficient communication with the host on the day of arrival.

The apartment was as cozy and picturesque as advertised, with lovely views out the bedroom windows. When we had an issue withe power going out soon after we arrived, somebody stopped by within minutes of us reaching out and quickly resolved it. The heat was sufficient, which had been one of our concerns about traveling in November. The parking garage made arriving by car easy, and it was very cool to have a garage in an old grotto. The coupons for breakfast set us up well at a charming cafe, where the staff patiently taught us the Italian words for all of our food options. We loved staying right next to the synagogue in the old city, and were glad we had a whole week to explore Pitigliano.

The place is like clean and new, excellent view of pitigliano, bed is comfortable, owner was nice. Close to town.

Beautiful apartment in Pitigliano! So much character and charm. Admittedly I would not have booked a room in Tuscany in the summer without AC, but the Tufa (porous rock the city is built upon) keeps you cool! I missed the lack of AC in the description and I’m glad I did! Despite daytime highs in the low 80s this place was cool as a cucumber. Would definitely stay again!

This is a charming 17th century apartment in a very quiet neighbourhood close to the main Piazza. The lovely Host has given great attention to detail in this home. Wifi works very well. A great view of the valley can be seen from the balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It was perfect and the terrace was to die for. The hosts were amazing and their culinary skills mind blowing . Such great people and super helpful
