The house is really cute. The view from the house is amazing. And there is an opportunity to have breakfast or dinner outside. The location is excellent for the couples, there are many places to visit. 15 min from the beach. The entrance has a gate, which is very important if you drive with car. Free private parking lot . Matilde and Giuseppe are very sweet landlords. They will help you with all your needs. I will definitely recommend this property to my friends!

the owners were fantastic, the location is great, the huts are unique, with features like air conditioning, large showers and a little kitchen. the patio area outside is really cool, and the sunsets incredible

Excellent place for those who enjoy country side silence and and country vacation. our favourite place was pool in hot summer day with bar and kitchen with italian family dishes.

The most incredible property. So beautiful and the host was just amazing. So welcoming, funny and generous. The apartment is very spacious inside and outside with lots of beautifully spots to enjoy the view and Italian countryside. Pool was great, fresh fruit, olives and baking provided by our lovely host was an authentic and kind touch. Air conditioning was good too! We wish we could’ve stayed much longer.

One of the cleanest B&B I have ever been in. Everything smelled so wonderful, and the rooms just looked amazing. The view from the bedroom is incredible! There's no AC in the room, but luckily I didn't need one. It's in the middle of Sonnino so everything was very close, and the streets are just wonderful! Laura was a wonderful host! :)

Everything! Comfortable bed, amazing soft sheets, kitchenette with everything you need to cook with. The location right next to the abbey is amazing - and so quiet and beautiful.
