Self Catering Accommodation in Vimodrone

Location was excellent. The apartment had everything we needed. The host responded quickly to query. It had a home from home feel.

Host very pleasant, without any problems. Apartment equipped with everything clean I recommend and the area is safe :)

The price/value ratio is exceptional, the rooms are big and clean, it has 2 balconies. Bathroom is also nice and modern so does the kitchen. Free Nespresso capsules are also big plus.

Host always available for support.

The Host was very cooperative. The place, although far from the center of Milano, has an easy access to the Metro Station of Vimodrone. The place is newly furbished.

Really nice host, friendly, speaks English/German/Italian/maybe even a little bit of French. Flawless state of the apartment, stylish decorated, clean. Really comfortable beads, kitchen with all needed utensils (and even a dishwasher!). Incredible price/quality rate - overal 10/10, I would certainly choose this option for the next voyage to Milano.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Sole. Valentina gave clear instructions to us on the day of our arrival (we were coming into Milan via train) on which metro station to use, which line to take and the exact train which will bring us to the destination. She received us at the metro station (7-8 minutes walk from the apartment) and guided us to the apartment. We were staying in Milan for two days and she provided very helpful insight on what to see & gave us an itinerary for our stay. Location of the apartment is close to the key touristy sites of Milan (you can take metro from near the apartment and reach centre in about 20 min). Felt very safe around the apartment block- it is a family residential area. Staying at Casa Sole gives you a discount at two restaurants just outside the apartment. There is a large super store nearby too (5 min walk) in case you need to stock up on essential supplies. Will stay again if we visit Milan (which we also loved by the way!).

Great location, very clean, good shower with plenty of hot water, easy walk to the metro station, Marcello was very approachable and helpful. Strong WiFi, nearby cafe and restaurants, felt very safe and my friend said the sofa bed was comfortable.

Basically everything? Here's a full rundown: - the location of the building is circa 7 minutes from one subway station (Cologno Sud) and circa 10-12 from another (Vimodrone) - these are both outside of the main ticket zone, but the 16 euro three day ticket works! - there's a huge grocery shop right outside, it literally took me 15 minutes to get a whole bunch of stuff and come back - definitely a nice bed: not too hard, but also not too soft - people with spine issues can very likely come here with no worries - the flat is what you might call a "garçoniere", meaning it's exactly one room with a kitchen annex and a nice bathroom - together with the balcony (loggia?) the whole thing is 40 m² (430 square ft) - there is a decently sized TV, however non-Italian channels cannot be found... there's literally a 100 channels in Italian, though :-) - heating is automatic and stays at the level of 21 til 23 Celsius (slightly more than 70 Fahrenheit) - there's a very nice website connected with it, so even if you can't access your Booking account, send an email and you'll be in touch easily... meanwhile the communication through Booking was truly lightning fast !! - if you have the breakfast option, this will mean your typical Italian sweetness ("dolci"), but there's a modern stove and microwave, so if you crave eggs with bacon - you can make them happen easily ;) - there's also a full 1.5 litre bottle of water for the thirsty traveller - last, but not least: the washing machine definitely works well !! Overall, this is a place that's worth a visit. And if you crave more pictures, do visit the website. It's 100% exactly like it is shown there.
