Our room was super comfortable and quiet. Mohamed was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the old Medina. He gave us restaurant recommendations and directions to anywhere we’d need to go. Breakfast was very good and this Riad is very hospitable. 10/10 recommend and will stay again in the future.

At first, I was attracted by the photos of Green House, all the fantastic tiles and mosaics, such a very traditional Moroccan house. Until I met Mehdi and Mohammed, I realized it is definitely the best decision I made in Fes. These two young gentlemen speak very fluent English, the communication is very smooth, and they really gave us all the help we need and met our requirements. That’s very important to us getting local advices and help in a foreign country, to learn a totally new culture during traveling. The two very enthusiastic young gentlemen who treat the hotel as meticulously as taking care of their home. The location is unbeatable, right in the center of the old Medina, near the iconic blue gate. It is a walking distance from all attractions, and also very close to the main road which is convenient to take a taxi to the train station. It’s located in a quiet branch of the lively Medina, so it’s won’t be noisy when you're inside the hotel. When we walked home from the center of the Medina at night it was very close and felt safe. It is highly recommended to have breakfast on their rooftop, enjoying amazing Fes city view.

The property was so nice and the staff was GREAT. I can’t put it in words how amazing all the staff memebers are, they were always so helpful anytime we needed anything, breakfast was great and we truly liked almost everything. Riads are not hotels but special moroccan housing which i highly recommend for everyone travelong to get the full moroccan experience.It’s very clean, and the location is great.

We were accommodated in the adjoining property which was excellent and very beautifully adorned with art and decor. It had a rooftop restaurant and the food was excellent. The room had excellent facilities and the shower had excellent hot water.

The hosts were absolutely incredible. The hosts were easy to contact, spoke excellent English and walked us into the Medina. The location is phenomenal, right in the heart of the Medina. Staff always present, made us feel safe. Staff offered maps, directions, recommendations, and heaps of tea and cookies. Staff consistently offered assistance if we felt lost or overwhelmed in the Medina, offered to come and guide us back if we were lost. Included breakfast was delicious! Beautiful architecture, and rooftop patio with a lovely view. Wifi worked well, hot water in shower with great water pressure, towels and soap included! Can see that constant maintenance is in progress to upkeep. Would absolutely recommend!
