The receptionist, Fatima, is very welcoming and friendly. The location is good, in the old town and close to the blue gate and the parking area. The breakfast is also very rich and delicious.

Just wonderful! Our family of four had a delightful stay. Our family room was spacious and the staff were wonderful. Spectacular views from the terrace, and a great location to explore in all directions. Thank you!

Mohamed was very nice and helpful Yousif was a gentleman and very knowledgeable of the area The hamam experience was wonderful and very good

The staff (Omar) was so nice; helpful, friendly and polite.. Location was great: in street full of shops (called Talas Sghira) so you feel safe.. The room was big and comfy.. and bathroom is inside which is great.. It’s Ramadan so they offered me Sahour meal instead of breakfast and that was so kind..

To be honest, it was a good stay. It was clean and the welcome was good.

We had a fantastic stay! The service was top-notch, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious every morning. A huge thank you to the reception team for recommending the guided tour of the Old Medina—it was the highlight of our trip and made exploring the winding streets so much easier. Highly recommended

Dar Derb El Miter is a fantastic place to stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely comfortable and warmly welcomed. The accommodation is spotless and very well cared for. Amin is an excellent host who was always happy to share helpful tips and recommendations. The ladies who prepared the breakfast were incredibly kind and hardworking, always greeting us with big smiles that made our mornings start on a positive note. One of the biggest advantages of this place is its location: less than a one-minute walk away there is a guarded parking area that costs 40 dirhams per day, which is extremely convenient.

Abdenabi, the hotel owner, was extremely nice to me on arrival and helped me plan out my day and ensure I could find the places I wanted to visit while visiting other stores where you could get certain items for cheaper. he was also lovely to talk to and speaks very good English.

What I appreciated most was the warm and personal atmosphere. This was not just a place to sleep, but a real part of my experience in Fès. My stay here made my trip even more memorable, and I am very grateful for that. I would come back without hesitation and I sincerely hope to return again soon!

If you’re looking for a very quiet, comfortable place this is the right one. The staff are amazing above and beyond. Also, you can taste the beauty of nature surrounding with tall trees, and a beautiful landscaping.

The location was really good, within 10 min walk to the blue gate and was close to many food shops. Breakfast was home-made and delicious! We had it at the terrace which has a beautiful panoramic view of the old medina. The riad is clean, historic and well-decorated, and the property manager was very kind and helpful!
