Self-Catering Accommodations in Baie Nettle

Best equipped kitchen I’ve ever had while travelling. Unit was very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool. Easy access to other areas of island. Great to have a grocery store right beside the complex. Would definitely stay here again.

You walk out the back to palm trees and the beach. It's a private beach with pools on the beach. It's beautiful, quite, and an absolute must to rent. Trust me, you cannot get a better place for the price. The inside is spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. This is a gated condo community that is perfect. There is a fantastic beachfront restaurant next to the property, and more down the road. Stay here!

It was secure. It was clean .

Great location 5 minutes walking from Mullet Bay Beach; also, the property has their own pool between Tower A and Tower B. Breakfast is available at the pool, at $19 (or included, depending on reservation at accommodation) but is maintained by 3rd party Fairway Restaurant (2 options, nothing fancy, but enough: continental breakfast or french breakfast) Mullet Bay is really a nice beach: someone can find on the beach: just sunbeds to rent ($30 per day, 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella) or can go to Kalatua Beach Club (really nice; book in advance). There is Carrefour Market nearby to buy everything you need; also, 2 min walking there are lots of restaurants to have breakfast / lunch / dinner with reasonable prices for SXM. If you need transportation /transfers etc. - at the ground floor / Concierge at Tower A there is Sakura Management (ask for Mirela / Thomas / Dre) - who can drive you anywhere with nice & clean vans, at the same prices like the regular taxis on the island; they are really gentle and helpful !! In the end, I would to mention Mr. Emanuel - property manager, who is doing a great job in managing this property!

The staff are very descent and helpful, the activities hosted by the animator is top tier 👌

The breakfast was good and the location was great

Amazing place, extra big and luxury rooms, hotel workers very friendly and helpful.. Everything is comfortable..

The staff was wonderful, the location was ideal with everything nearby, and the atmosphere around the pool was very pleasant, my family and I would like to thank the entire Hilton team for making our stay memorable.

Position on the Island, cleanness balcony ect..

Very clean and everything you need is provided.

The apartment is very beautiful..It was worth it!The only thing is it's far from the Dutch side which has all the action in St Maarteen!I will definitely come back. Thanks Laurene for all your hospitality!

Very complete apartment with a high level of safety.

Beautiful villa with all the amenities for cooking and floats for the pool. Great location. Walk to the store, bakery and numerous restaurants. Secure grounds and parking. A car is needed to explore the many nearby beaches and little towns. Good communication with the manager. The photos are accurate. Loved the patio and view of the water.

The bed was comfortable and the room reasonably spacious. One very important thing is that the A/C was both quiet and effective! Plenty of appliances, reasonably-sized fridge and basic kitchen items were included. We appreciated the set of beach towels and portable beach umbrella on top of the regular bath towels. Property was clear and in a tranquil location. Getting to the property was easy and there was also parking available. The area seemed secure but a car is an absolute must to stay here.

The apartment was nice and clean

Very cleaning and very cozy😊

The kitchen facing the lagoon, beautiful morning view.

Everything. The place is just as pictured, tastefully decorated, bright, and most importantly right on the beach. It’s quiet enough for restful night of sleep. Most favorite part is the terrace where we’d spent most of our time in the evenings. Just a perfect place to stay on the French side.

I nice fresh clean apartment will all the facilities one could wish for, except maybe a dishwasher--I hate doing dishes.

The apartment is very modern and brand new, everything is high-quality, well-designed, and very comfortable. Perfect for three people: there were three of us, and even with two working remotely, there was plenty of space for everyone. There’s a proper work desk, a dining table, and a convenient bar counter. One of the highlights is definitely the view and outdoor space. There’s direct access to a terrace with greenery and a beautiful lawn, which creates a very relaxing atmosphere. The sunsets here are absolutely stunning, you could watch them forever. Probably some of the most beautiful on the entire island. There are also great places nearby, whether you want a quick bite or a lovely dinner at a stylish restaurant. I highly recommend this place, and if I come back to Saint Martin, I will definitely stay here again.
